I stayed with my wife and two kids at this hotel for one day. It was a pretty basic hotel. I would give 3 stars. The room lacked basic amenities like hand towel and fridge, cause i visited in summer and their was no option to keep the water cool. I also had a word with a *** at reception when i asked for cool water in exchange for normal. He said it will be for extra charges but after some words he agreed to provide the bottle and i gave back two normal water bottles. Although, they were kind enough to pack a parcel of breakfast for me as i had an early flight. Also, they gave a discount on extra bed but the bed they brought was very disappointing. The comforter was torn. All in all it was a mix experience. If i ever decide to visit madurai again i will not choose this hotel.

A very pleasant stay, nice rooms and good service. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are well kept
