19/sep, we have a great stay and Thanga pandian at the front desk was of great help. Though we came in around midnight, he was great help and we are thoroughly satisfied. He is a lovely and sweet person. The reason we would come again is certainly him.

Our stay was extremely comfortable .. special thanks to Mr Pandian for looking into details of our stay and being always there with a smile on the face. My stay won’t have been complete if I forget to mention the efforts showered by restaurant team specially Mr Tapan, and the workaholic Mr Venkat Sai and Ms Saina in fulfilling my son’s food demands. Once again thank you Mr Pandian for all your caring nature you made our stay memorable. Which is of course the Taj way of looking its guest.

The hotel is tucked away amidst greenery in the busy town of Madurai. If you want a ‘away from the hustle and bustle’ holiday, this is the place to be. As we were driving up we were greeted by peacocks and myriad bird species. The staff is very polite and very helpful . Special mention must go for Mr Pandian who offered good advice on our itinerary and helped with further arrangements. And he did all this with sincerity not expecting anything in return. The restaurant staff was also very polite with excellent service standards. Breakfast spread was good with a wide range of continental and Indian menu items. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Had a restful nite. Check out was efficient and staff was ready to collect our baggage from the rooms almost immediately. It’s a hotel I would love to return to. Many thanks to all who helped to make my stay a memorable one. Special thanks to Mr Pandian😀

Really disappointment...Very dirty room , bed was very dirty and not in usable condition...We noticed lot of mosquitos inside the room.. A very normal human being won't accept such a bad condition. We really got scared ...if we stay we are sure we will be sick...thatswhy we cancelled and walked out of the hotel

Warm welcomed by all the staff, it was a most delightful stay ever experienced. The moment we enter inside the gate will give a feast of surprises and turns anyone to good mood. The peacocks are friendly, we could feed food for them too. I am sure, the memories will last till we plan next trip.

property is excellent 👌 Receptiveness of the staffs very courteous. Honest and sincere attempt to guide the guest ,Special mention to Thangapandian ,Eshwar … Loganathan . Food also good as anticipated,they can add non vegetarian items in the breakfast buffet

I Like this property because of Service and Calm place. Mr.Eashwar very friendly and Smiling person .H K Team also very Guest friendly person .All staffs are very friendly Especially ThangaPandiyan , Govind , Subash and Velmurugan ,Velammal are Very Nice staffs. Piece ful place and nice location .Everything was Superb and rooms are Very clean .

Wonderful stay, excellent Tamily food, amazing garden. I would recommend this to each one who come to Madurai . It’s calm and sweet. Personal service. Rooms are great and quiet. Staff is lovely and helpful. And the food is WOW! Try all Tamily dishes the chef recommend. Don’t miss it!
