I recommend not to book with this hotel. If you do so, you will find the building watchman will receive you at the DBS bank gate, that’s right, the so called coral shelter is at third floor without any sign board and the building watchman will speak as if you are the mercy of him. Further, if you are brave enough to go to third floor, you will be received by the care taker who would guide you to the room and search for the switches to on the light. The AC won’t work because he don’t know the location of the switch. He would call the hotel owner and in telephone he will you how to navigate to the switch and if it still don’t work he will tell us to wait and be patient for the stabiliser to function, but you will not know where the stabiliser is. After experiencing all this non-sense, I have decided not to check in knowing that I may not get the refund. I left the hotel and told the owner to cancel my booking and he said that he will not return my amount.
