I have stayed here for the past three years. The prices have become too expensive now for the room I get. There was no bidet and the room was small, but it was quiet. Staff at the desk are very. Ice and helpful and the location is great!

The hotel is next to a busy shopping street, and you can walk to famous attractions in 10-15 minutes: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro Park, museums, and the Royal Palace of Madrid. The nearest subway stations are Callao and Gran Via, which are more than 20 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient.
