Practical for travelers. The shuttle service is a plus but only starts at 7:30 am so not convenient if your flight Is early. Staff super helpful.

Very clean and close to airport, the pool is big and nice. Had a good time.

Pictures don’t lie! We had a room that was facing the alley rather than looking onto the garden. It looked depressing from the outside and inside too. Really didn’t like it. Shuttle bus is great, just 10mins or so. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Friends who want to stay near the airport the next day should be careful to avoid it, avoid it!!! They discriminate against Asians, have a very bad attitude, and will deliberately arrange a bad room and make things difficult for you. It's really disgusting. I'll always hate them. I've already sent a complaint to their company email.

I would never have stayed in a hotel that was so dirty and the service was terrible. I booked a double room with a bathtub and views and when my partner and I arrived they gave us another room and to top it off they are not as they appear in the photos, it is all a deception. I will never set foot in this hotel again in my life. And let's see if they clean the rooms better and have a little more order and hygiene.

Although there were some minor problems when checking in, they were all normal and acceptable. The front desk service is still worthy of recognition, and you can communicate in English. The whole hotel is like a townhouse area with good greenery, two floors in a long row, with a nice swimming pool, and the whole environment looks good. The problem is that this hotel has probably been open for too long. The interior of the room is at best similar to that of a domestic hotel. The four stars may have been in the past. I changed hotels after staying for one night. Of course, if you are transiting, you can stay here for one night, but the cost performance is too low.

We stayed one night for a concert. It was a bit far, but there was a bus stop three minutes away. We got a deal and it worked out pretty well. Recommended. The staff was very friendly.

The double room is spacious, the hot water response is fast, the environment is good, there is a garden outside the house, but the service is average.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms were very large, with a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast buffet was varied and extensive, and you could order an omelet or freshly made bacon. The capsule coffee machine was delicious, and there were three types of juice to choose from. We would stay again.

A very good hotel for walking to IFEMA. If we have to return, we will definitely come back.

The hotel is located in a residential/quiet area, to get around you have to take a car or public transport, but this is normal if you are not staying in the centre of Madrid so it was what we expected. The room was spacious and although we did not find the beds completely comfortable, there were extra pillows and blankets in case you needed them, which is a nice touch.

The bed was spacious, the bathroom was spacious and everything was easy to use.
