Very clean and close to airport, the pool is big and nice. Had a good time.

Pictures don’t lie! We had a room that was facing the alley rather than looking onto the garden. It looked depressing from the outside and inside too. Really didn’t like it. Shuttle bus is great, just 10mins or so. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Worst management not helping at all

I would never have stayed in a hotel that was so dirty and the service was terrible. I booked a double room with a bathtub and views and when my partner and I arrived they gave us another room and to top it off they are not as they appear in the photos, it is all a deception. I will never set foot in this hotel again in my life. And let's see if they clean the rooms better and have a little more order and hygiene.

Although there were some minor problems when checking in, they were all normal and acceptable. The front desk service is still worthy of recognition, and you can communicate in English. The whole hotel is like a townhouse area with good greenery, two floors in a long row, with a nice swimming pool, and the whole environment looks good. The problem is that this hotel has probably been open for too long. The interior of the room is at best similar to that of a domestic hotel. The four stars may have been in the past. I changed hotels after staying for one night. Of course, if you are transiting, you can stay here for one night, but the cost performance is too low.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms were very large, with a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast buffet was varied and extensive, and you could order an omelet or freshly made bacon. The capsule coffee machine was delicious, and there were three types of juice to choose from. We would stay again.

The hotel is located in a residential/quiet area, to get around you have to take a car or public transport, but this is normal if you are not staying in the centre of Madrid so it was what we expected. The room was spacious and although we did not find the beds completely comfortable, there were extra pillows and blankets in case you needed them, which is a nice touch.

The bed was spacious, the bathroom was spacious and everything was easy to use.

I came for a meeting and stayed very comfortably. I was worried about the soundproofing, but it was very quiet. There is a primary school outside the room window, but there is no noise when the window is closed. The hotel is in a residential area, and there are basically no tourists around. It is a very safe and quiet place. Shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. are provided, but you need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The front desk service attitude is very good, warm and friendly. My watch fell on the roadside and was picked up and given to the front desk. I was really touched to get it back.

Very dirty. There were even clothes from a previous guest. No towels.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and what's even more thoughtful is that the hotel actually has a free shuttle bus, which is very good.

The front desk staff did not give proper explanations about the facilities and I felt the service was not good. The facilities were too old and uncomfortable during my stay. In particular, the elevator was terrible. There is a parking lot, but the number of parking spaces is limited and very narrow. Not recommended for travelers traveling with a family by car.
