I had a night layover and wanted to stay closer to the airport, and the hotel has a good location. Everything was as described, I enjoyed my stay there, loved lounge and swimming pool area. Would book it again.

Great location - 5 minutes walk from the bus station or metro (line 5). Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, quiet. I really liked the pool area.

Location is good, short walk from Metro. If you get the room near the street, you can hear the sound from the street.

Location is really convenient, close to transport, various small shops, eating places… room is clean. Got everything we need in washroom. Wish there is kettle in room too.

It would be beneficial to have pick-up information available on a website rather than having to call, so people do not get confused or lost at the airport. This would enhance the overall experience.

We stayed for a night to fly next day further. Great location for our purpose. Great breakfast

It’s nice hotel. Near to airport and also near to center of Madrid.

It is convenient to go to the airport. You can use the bus card to take bus No. 200 directly to any passenger terminal. Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is cost-effective among similar hotels in Madrid.

It is a school located outside the city center, near the airport. There is a bus to the airport nearby. The air conditioner is old and noisy.

Sarcoltel-Alcala-Madrid Hotel. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The first impression was very good. I arrived in the morning and the receptionist was very friendly, even lent me an umbrella because I forgot mine. The problems came at night. I wasn't feeling well, and I decided to have dinner at the hotel. Then at 9:00 pm I called the extension indicated on their website... after trying 5 times, someone picked up and abruptly told me that room service was closed because there was a private dinner... with no other options. So at least I had fruit... but how it was when at 11:00 pm some kind of motor started that resonated throughout the room (501). I turned off the air conditioning in case it was that, but it didn't work either. I called the sarcotel switchboard phone, because there was no way to locate the hotel concierge. The worst part was that not even the Sacotel switchboard could locate the hotel staff. Shameful.   So, since I wasn't feeling well at all, I had to put in earplugs to be able to sleep... the noise stopped and appeared several times during the night. So I had a pretty bad night's sleep.   If this is normal, I don't recommend the experience at all.

The hotel is in a good location! Close to the airport and subway station! All considered clean and hygienic! The only drawback is that there is no tea bag, coffee kettle and 2 bottles of free drinking water! (We asked the front desk before it was given to us)!

The service attitude is very good! The breakfast is very good!

Except the price, nothing wrong with it
