Location is the best as is along Gran Vie. Stay is comfy and toilet is clean.

Great location in the middle of everything. The place is clean, friendly staff and 3 shared bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Hostel just direct on main road of Gran via street. There's a tourist spots with shopping brand names, metro the near one just few minutes walks is Praza de espanha and Santo Domingo station and activities. A room just small but comforted for short stay is recommended. Shared 3 bathrooms but quite enough and clean. Receptionist from India but spoke very well for Spanish and English. And very kindly helpful. I recommend this place

Excellent everything

THEY REFUSED TO LET MY FRIEND IN WHEN HER FLIGHT GOT DELAYED EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD PAID FOR THE NIGHT!!!! My friend got the worst experience when she arrived in Madrid around 1 am because her flight got delayed. They refused to let her in after 00:30 even though she was alone in a foreign country, in the middle of the night, with nowhere to go!!! And they are refusing to refund her!

Careful what you book on third party websites, I booked a 'twin room' but it was really a shared twin room, ie a shared hostel room. I explained my issue and they wouldn't help wanting another 50 Euro to upgarde, even when the room was empty at 4pm. Besides that (which wasnt really the hostels fault) check in was easy and friendly and gave clear instructions of the property. Id advise you to listen carefully as there is a swipe card to get in the bottom floor, a code for the entry door and a different code for the bedroom door. And there is no reception in morning or evening if you run into trouble. Room itself was quite a small room for 2 but did have a locker each and was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and clean and the hostel provided a towel which alot of hostels do not. There were 3 bathrooms; each with a toilet and shower. Very small but good enough. I didn't use the kitchen but was there if needed. Location was really good and I could walk to most attractions.

Everything is great!!! It is located on Gran Vía, close to everything most emblematic. The charming boy, comfortable beds, everything very clean, the kitchen has just enough to make breakfast, etc... The bathrooms and showers are shared but it is very clean. Come on, I recommend it 100%. We are thinking about returning.

Good location right on Gran Vía (take the Plaza España or Santo Domingo stop), on the seventh floor. Entry with codes. Clean and noise-free. General to spend a couple of days in Madrid. One step away from Sol or Opera. It has a communal kitchen with appliances, ironing board and iron. Air conditioning in the rooms.

Starting with the excellent location, this hostel was the best and most comfortable I stayed in in the city. There are no bunk beds, the beds are single, with new, comfortable mattresses. I bought food and ate it in a very appropriate and well-equipped kitchen. For the price it was very good, so much so that I stayed one night longer than expected.

No entiendo como dan opiniones buenas de este hotel donde tienes e hacerte la cama cuando llegas, no te la hacen al adis siguiente; no ponen ni vasos de plástico para los dientes; la sána encimera manchada y gastada; la colcha también con manchas; las toallas me las cambiaron porque no sabía que no las cambiaban; sucio debajo de la cama, enchufes y radiador y muy desgastada. Por 243 y pico €, me parece que deben dar algo más por dos noches no? No lo recomiendo y me equivoqué totalmente. El chico era amable.
