Excellent location for business travelers or families near Cummings Research Park. 65" 4K TV and 45" TV with wireless high speed internet. Stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 4 total).$100 for up to 2 pets + $25/pet for addn'l pets.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO SMOKING inside the house. Great stay in a very convenient location
We had a great stay at this property for a family. The house was great and location was perfect for going back and forth to downtown Huntsville. The host was very responsive as well and having access to the garage was a huge plus.

Robotics competition
Everything was nice, clean in great working condition as advertised. We had a small problem in 1 area of the house that we were in communication with the manager/owner of the house who was quick to respond. Loved the fireplace that was easy to use , beds were super comfortable with nice linens, tvs also easy to use. Very easy check-out, Overall had a great stay, will defitinely use again.

Overall a good stay.
The house was clean, the property manager was very kind and responsive. My only issue was the roaches. When we first arrived there was 5 roaches in the kitchen. We managed to kill most of them but every day of our stay we found roaches on the counters and sinks in the kitchen. There was a roach trap next to the fridge as well which tells me this isn’t the first time there had been a roach issue. The property manager did state that pest control had just been out and I understand roaches are difficult to get rid of. However I honestly would not have booked at this property if I had known there was a pest issue.

Easy stay
We love staying at this house when we visit our kids in Huntsville. The location is good, has a fenced backyard for the pups, and a nice layout of the house. The owners are very accommodating. I highly recommend this house. This is the only place we want to rent when we visit Huntsville.

Great
The house was very clean, neighborhood was quiet, close to a disc golf, shopping center was only a few miles. And the Van Braun Center was close. The host also check on us to see if everything was good. Only praise. thank you
