excellent place, beautiful views, calm and silence, everything seemed excellent to me, the only bad thing is that the house is for sale and some people came in to look at the backyard and the surrounding area while we were in the hot tub.

Family Thanksgiving Adventure
We just spent 5 fun days at Chalet Venato. There was plenty of space and privacy for our family of 10. We had time for games and movies during the day of rain that we had and the other days were spent mostly outdoors, enjoying Yosemite and Bass Lake. I recommend this spot!

A fantastic stay in a beautiful place
Our family enjoyed every minute in this lovely house that is so quite and full of charm

You could feel the generosity in every think given from well stocked kitchen to towels

Great place
We had a wonderful time at the property. The kids room with the bunk beds, the play structure outside and game room inside, as well as the rubber boat was a hit with our daughter! The house is very nice and well cleaned. The kitchen was great for preparing meals for the whole (7) family. We really enjoyed BBQing one night and sitting out on the deck. The trip to the village, which took about an hour and a half, was a very pleasant drive. Very scenic views all the way there. This was our first time approaching Yosemite from the South, and it was definitely the most beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
