"The surrounding areas of the hotel is pretty but the facilities & services are poor. First, when we checked in, the front desk advised us that a senior discount could not be offered as the room rates are already discounted, as advertised outside. This is greatly wrong & cheating senior citizens. Second, the hotel room has water marks on the ceiling, broken floor in some areas in the room, calcium deposits on fixtures, stains on shower curtains, linens/towels are overused, no water bottles in the room, weak water pressure, furnitures are dated. Toilet seat was loose. Third, the senior discount in the restaurant is only 10%, which is cheating senior citizens. Food is just so-so. Furnitures in the lobby are dated. Bathrooms in the lobby need refurbishing."

"Beautiful resort with nice rooms, great view and tasty food only downside is beach is not that great considering it is Anda. Much better to go to a public beach than swim here. Also it takes 4 flights of stairs from the lobby/restaurant to the beach. Other than that, it was a good stay."

"A FANTASTIC place with a great view and coral reef in front...The resort have everything you need, three swimming pool, big and comfortable rooms, a organized fitness gym and all the staff are so kinds,helpful and also funny....I couldn' t forget this time at Blue deep resort and I'll be back here next year hundred%. "We had a last minute booking but Ralf was quite accommodating over the phone. Got there late at night and the staff made us feel welcome right away. We booked the family studio and the 2 ocean front apartments, which were just the right size for everyone in the group. The apartments did have an ant issue in the bathroom, but the staff responded quickly. There are 4 medium sized dogs on the property who like to hang around the table while you’re dining, which was one of the highlights for the kids. Every morning of our stay, folks from our group walked from the resort all the way to Alona Beach and encountered some fascinating sea and shore creatures such as crabs and starfish. Top marks for J & R!"

"This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable — right on a beautiful stretch of beach with crystal-clear water and great for spotting turtles (we saw 4 whilst kayaking). The rooms were spotless and really comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. Every meal we had was delicious. It’s the kind of place that makes you instantly feel on holiday — peaceful, welcoming, and unforgettable. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended!
