Always where we stay over the weekend once a month for shopping. Great hotel very clean great friendly service . Great location coles straight across the road. See you next visit

Great service at check-in, kindly upgraded which was much appreciated, clean rooms, great size, great location - was able to walk most places.
The only down side was that there was a smell musty, damp smell when the air con was on.

This place ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay in Mackay CBD. Only negative I experienced was a super loud alarm that woke me up at about 3am that kept going off, not sure if it was the Coles complex next door. This was only one of the nights. Apart from that everything was great. Definitely will come back.

Quest on Gordon provide an exceptional customer service experience every time. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Close to shops and the city centre.

I stayed 2 nights for a business trip. It was a very clean and well managed property. Very handy to downtown.

Have stayed there in the past and the rooms are very comfortable including the bed. Having a balcony really helps but it can be very hot if facing on the west side. WiFi is good and ample desk space to work on. Very close to supermarket and plenty of parking in the carpark or outside. One simple thing and probably very trivial to others that I was really impressed with was there was ample milk and biscuits available. Simple things please simple minds :) Recommend for business travellers and probably families as there were adjoining rooms. The reception staff greeted you with a smile as well.
