The front desk staff kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a twin room, which even boasted beautiful night views of Big Ben. The location is truly excellent. Housekeeping was also exceptional; they meticulously tidied up our personal items and neatly arranged them. We were even gifted a teddy bear and a rubber ducky. I had specifically requested a customized teddy bear with my name when booking, and I was absolutely delighted that they fulfilled this special request. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. The hotel itself is incredibly convenient, offering a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Its superb location means you can capture beautiful photos wherever you go! In short, it was an absolutely brilliant stay!

The hotel is a swift 7-8 minute taxi ride from Hengqin Port, costing 60 MOP (I later remembered there's a direct hotel shuttle, but I'd forgotten at the time!). It's conveniently located in the same building as The Londoner. From the moment we pulled up with our luggage, the doorman was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, promptly assisting us and maintaining that exceptional level of warmth all the way through check-in. I truly felt their service was outstanding. While the rooms might be a bit dated, they are impeccably maintained and offer fantastic value for money, especially when compared to The Londoner. The casino and an extensive shopping complex are just downstairs. It's definitely a highly recommended stay. It was my son's 12th birthday on our check-in day, and he had flown independently from Singapore. I had informed the hotel in advance, and they thoughtfully surprised him with a cake and warm birthday wishes, which we deeply appreciated. My only minor complaint is that the business center charges 80 MOP per hour for computer use, and the operating system was in English. Thankfully, I was still able to navigate it.

Even during the day, the hotel price didn’t increase. Moreover, the hotel provided the quality service despite the constraint of staff. Really appreciated!

Nicely located in Cotai. Only upscale restos like Gordon Ramsey, Churchill, North Palace. Unfortunate for the typhoon. Ok size rooms and comfortable.

Located inside The Londoner which have everything I need there. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and big with a beautiful view. It provides comfortable bed and wonderful service. I will stay there again!

I had read some online complaints about a musty smell in the rooms before my trip, but upon checking in, I found no trace of any odor whatsoever. The suite was very spacious and well-equipped. The twin room featured two 1.5-meter wide beds, which was ideal for a family of three. Prior to my arrival, I emailed the hotel requesting a room with a Big Ben view and two custom teddy bears. Their reply was swift, and all my requests were met upon check-in. Room service was also excellent; all requests were promptly delivered. The location was incredibly convenient, making shopping and dining out very easy. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it.

It’s our family trip with granny and grandchildren. My brother’s family is living aboard and granny hasn’t meet her in law and grand daughter for 2 years. My brother’s family came back this summer where my in law birthday was in July while brother and his daughter are having theirs in September. Having told Conrad and requested if anything can be arranged to give them a little surprise. Conrad was nice enough to offer us 2 little cakes for celebration. The staff at reception during our check in was very thoughtful and not to say about it when she saw my bro was beside me at the counter and only asked me when I wanted the cake to be delivered when my bro was away to collect luggages!!! We stayed there for 2 nights. The kids were hoping to swim at the swimming pool with Big Ben all along. However it’s rainstorm signal on the second day and the kids were disappointed. Fortunately the staff in gym rooms showed us around and let us know there are jacuzzi in the changing rooms. We finally went to enjoy it on the 2nd day. We were blessed that the weather on the day we checked out was good and we could do some swimming in the morning before checking out. We love to swim in the pool with lovely view and Big Ben our back. The bad thing is the water was quite dirty with dead insects and leafs floating there. After all, I would say Conrad Macau is good, with nice staff and professional service. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

It's so good to stay at Conrad Macao. I love the location and everything's around there. I got everything in one place. Restaurants are nice. The room is perfectly cleanned and nice room service. The view is stunning.

We are very satisfied with the stay at Conrad Hotel. First, we were welcomed by Receptionist, Leena. She is friendly and helpful. I was amazed by the bath tub with a TV screen, where I soaked myself in the tub while watching a movie. And my room has a enchanted view of Paris Tower. The location is superb. Shuttle bus service to Airport and Senado square shared with the Londener. Bridges link to The Venetian and the Parisian shopping centers and Casino. We hope to come back again

Room is big but just a bit too old fashioned. The bear gift is cute tho. The front deak is friendly to fulfill our request of high floor room.
