Great experience overall, but the only thing we didn’t like the room service is very slow and the hotel is really crowded. Cynthia was very helpful , we had small issue and she deal with it in professional way and we really appreciated her kindness

The location of the Venetian Hotel is good and you can shop inside.But it's crowded unlike the londoner.

The room was surprisingly upgraded, very comfortable. And there was a birthday cheesecake as a gift! Thanks to the hotel and Shirley at the front desk.

It was very nice experience, would love to visit again, everything was amazing and met all my expectations from cleanliness, comfort and suitability.

I chose the package with free ferry tickets and it’s super value for money! potentially each ferry ticket per pax costs about ~S$27-ish for a return trip. Just that it didn’t include breakfast but not a problem, because you have all restaurants, shops and lots of entertainment just downstairs the hotel :) it’s like a dream come true! Recommended to also walk to the Londoner and Parisian to check out the beautiful architectures.

We appreciated our stay at the hotel, as the room and facilities were generally good, especially the swimming pools. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. However, we did encounter an issue with the flushing toilet, which seemed to require some maintenance. The thin toilet paper provided was even not suitable for disposal in the toilet. We needed to go to the washroom in the lobby. We thus recommend that this be checked for future guests to ensure a better stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to see improvements in these areas next time.

The rooms at The Venetian Macao are extremely spacious, and there’s a wide variety of shopping options available. We used the hotel shuttle bus to travel to other hotels around Macao, which was very convenient. During our stay, we enjoyed gaming, shopping, and dining, and also visited several attractions such as the Ruins of St. Paul’s, Senado Square, and Taipa.

The suite is big enough for a family of 5! Location is great, lift down is the shopping and food area.

Huge rooms with huge beds. Everything is available upon calling room service. They r generous with their bottled water and will bring cables and pillows when requested. The hotel had a Qube kids club where my kids had a lot of fun. Convenient with free shuttle services. Wish the hotel pillows weren’t so soft, technically no neck support for sleep at all. We enjoyed team labs super nature in the Venetian hotel.

Room is huge. Convenient location, free shuttle bus to airport and border gate. No complaints. Breakfast was OK at imperial house but gets boring after a few days. Overall for the price point I guess we'll be back again.

Brings back memories since my 1st trip there in 2007. This time with my kids n they loved it.

A pleasant stay at the Venetian Hotel. The room is spacious n clean. The staff are very polite n friendly. Only found the food at the foodcourt are expensive, thus eating most meals at the various restaurants at the hotel. It will be good to have shuttle bus service between the hotels like Londoner or Sands, as the walk there is way too far.

Very satisfied with their service. Requested the nearer distance to west lobby as we have elders and kids and they able to accommodate us. Kids toothbrushes, shoes and colour books and crayons also provided to my son. He likes it very much.
