The hotel was okay overall. The location was convenient and close to shops and public transport, which was great. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally polite.
The room was clean, but it felt a bit outdated and could use some maintenance.

Very nice hotel, rooms are comfortable, bed was huge! Also unlike other hotels, they easily managed my check in the middle of the night even though I didn't have passport with me (visa renewal) 🙏🙏🙏

丟了一個保温瓶在房間。過了十幾天我才想起來。他們查房早發現了，一直沒有打電話聯繫我 ！保温瓶是膳魔師的。價值小千！今天我自己想起來了打電話給他們，我説過段時間去拿。他們衹給保管一個月，要給我順豐到付郵寄過來。如果早點打電話給我。我還在馬鞍山。也就過去取了！

酒店設施很陳舊 洗浴花灑結鹼沒有壓力，一進房間全是煙味，沒有任何服務，所有插座長時間使用後，手機和電腦插頭插上接觸不了 充電不行，毛巾和浴巾吸水性很差，建議大家不要入住。
