設施：還比較齊全，其他酒店應該也可以
衞生：跟快捷酒店差不多

服務：一般，搞衞生的阿姨挺熱情
服務體驗感一般。事情經過是這樣的：我們孩子來參加比賽，住了十天。今天是因為比賽結束已經12點多，回來點了個外賣，外賣1點左右才送到，我跟店方溝通能不能延時到兩點，她們回覆衹能延時到一點，延時到兩點退房加收20元房費，説比攜程給我們便宜，那我住了十天，最多吃了兩天的早餐，怎麼沒説退我餐費呢！？馬鞍山弄了個網球場，以後比賽多的很，請把整個行業的服務水平提高一下，別為了賺那20塊錢讓別人覺得安徽人怎麼這麼算計。我也是安徽的，真是感覺不太好。如果你們生意真的那麼好，客人等着入住我也就不説了，事實是大堂沒有一個客人等待入住。要知道這個比賽全世界都會來的！！！
