Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable and good value for money. The location isn't particularly interesting, but it's quiet and close to trams, trains and buses.

Great location , a short walk from perrache station . Cute little room and friendly front desk staff :) . Only shortfall is a missing kettle to boil water for my instant noodle , kettle is a necessity for Asians 😅. Overall , had an enjoyable one night stay :).

This was a great find as I didn’t know much about Lyon. Property located in a neighborhood area that’s just a short 13 minute walk from the huge shopping center La Confluence. While it felt a little like an upscaled hostel at first, I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and plenary of space for my suitcases. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices. They had the best coffee in Lyon. The front desk staff were VERY friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast staff were also VERY friendly. The front desk and breakfast staff should be rewarded for delivering EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We stayed in a twin room for two nights. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. They were also accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which was a great bonus. Room was super tiny, but it was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable. The room also had lots of plugs for charging electronics, but there was really no room for luggage or anything else. It felt cramped. The bathroom was small but adequate and clean, but the biggest downside, however, was that there was no hot water in the morning when we showered—so we had to shower with cold water in March! Not ideal at all. After our stay, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours, which was very helpful as we had some extra time to explore the city before heading to the airport. For the price, the hotel is a decent option, especially for those just looking for a place to sleep while exploring Lyon. The location is good, there's a shopping center nearby. the staff was really nice and helpful, and the early check-in and baggage storage were nice touches. However, the tiny room, lack of space for luggage, lack of cleaning services, and the major issue with the hot water left us wanting a bit more. It’s a solid 3-star budget option.

I have only interacted with this hotel once, and I have no intention of repeating the experience. I booked a room through a reputable booking platform, and only after completing the reservation did I receive a message stating that I would need to pay a €200 deposit upon arrival. This amount would supposedly be refunded if no damage was found in the room. The sum seemed unreasonably high—especially since, according to information I found online, there was no proper documentation for the handover or return of the room, and the inspection was apparently carried out only after the guest had left. I cancelled the booking immediately, yet I was still charged €84.50—almost the full price of the room (€86).
