Warm welcome. Exceptional breakfast. Clean room, well located.
We understood that there was renovation work underway. Some frames had been removed from the room, but the screws remained on the wall. No hand soap in the bathroom, but we asked at reception. The toilet area was too narrow.
I recommend it, despite a few issues; it's still very good compared to many hotels of the same style.

Very comfortable family room (2 Kids). We arrived very late at night and there was no problem. The staff was super Helpful. Plenty of parking slots below the hotel, wide and safe. Location ist also very good with plenty of interesting restaurants an Cafes in a short walk.

When we arrived, we entered into an air-conditioned lobby. This was a big relief, as it was incredibly hot outside. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, we found out that supposedly the air conditioning was broken. When we asked what was wrong with the air-conditioning, we were told that a technician might be fixing it in a few days, but they didn’t really know. There was also only a single luggage cart with a broken wheel. They had no other luggage card, and when we brought the broken wheel to their attention, they said a technician might get around to fixing it. Thus, we had two nights in an incredibly hot room, and the staff didn’t seem to really know how to make things much better. The cleaning lady, however, was absolutely fantastic.

They claim to have air conditioning, until you get here and find out that it has to stay on 78!!!! So now I dropped a load of cash on a room for my DREAM VACATION that is now a NIGHTMARE!!! 2 days with no sleep or peace now!! All I wanted was somewhere to be cool & comfortable forget that miserable, windows open bugs eating me alive great vacation!!! Know before you here it’s 78 degrees in here!! I’d hate for anyone else to ruin their vacation like me
