The room cost 1731 yuan, and we were arranged to live on the first floor. The environment was very average. In addition, I paid the tax of 3.3 euros at the store with a credit card. Because the card was not inserted, the waiter in the store said that it was not deducted. My friend paid 3.3 euros in cash, but at the same time I inserted the card into the deduction machine, and the money was deducted immediately. I showed them the deduction text message from ICBC and asked them to refund the extra tax of 3.3 euros, but no matter what they said or explained, they refused to refund the extra money. The next day we asked them to refund the money again. The waiter only said that if the extra money was collected, it would be refunded. However, 20 days have passed, and not a penny has been refunded. It is still a star hotel. It is too ugly to eat money. Just because I want to earn a refund from them, they deliberately arrange a side room on the first floor with a relatively poor environment. The service attitude is too bad.

Very close to Lyon Train Station. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the station. It is very convenient for short-term business trips. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The room is standard. The breakfast is OK. It is a pity that there is no kettle in the room.

It's next to the station, so it's very accessible. Four people shared one bed and one sofa bed. The room wasn't very spacious for the price, so if you use the sofa bed, there's no desk, so you have to eat takeout meals on the bed. But that didn't bother me. There was a kettle and cups. But no tissues or slippers. You can make coffee or tea on the first floor at any time, but when I tried to use it around 9pm, the coffee maker was turned off, and only water came out when I turned it on. I gave up and tried to make tea using hot water from the kettle, but it was water after all. There was a staff member at the front desk right in front of me, but he was chatting and didn't seem to mind. But the breakfast was better than the same Ibis Styles in CDG, and there was a wide variety. The staff also took good care of me. Overall, I was satisfied.

Clean and decent room. Ideal location 2 minutes walk from Lyon Part-Dieu train station. Decent breakfast.
