Hotel is in great location. Not too far from the main station. And it has a cafe, you can easily find the food. It has laundry room also. We have booked the room with kitchen. They have electric stove and a complete cooking utensils. And the room was big. The lift is too small and to reach the room, you have to take the stairs. But it was okay

We found the card in a crack in the ground and didn’t know how to reprogram it. It was a simple problem and we couldn’t be helped by phone. We were asked to go there. In the restaurant next door, the people in the restaurant didn't want to help at all. When they couldn't see you, we talked about the situation and said, "This is not your card, thank you." This is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station.
Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. The lightings and the atmosphere are perfect. Truly recommend this hotel for your trip to Lucerne.
