Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town

Amazing for capsule hotel! Everything 5 stars! Next door is Coop City supermarket, buy the cooked food and eat in the hotel, choose from the nice table or sofa. Feel free to use their tableware, comes with free flow or still/hot or sparking water! Just amazing! Their service-top notch! From cleanliness to friendliness, not to mention helpfulness. Just ask them anything, from tour guide to travel tips, recommendations or so on… Capsule is huge, good sound proof. Air ventilation very good. Free locker for you, just need to bring your own padlock. They allowed me to use it before check in and way after check in time.  At this price and location, I feel this is definitely a 5 star capsule hotel! Will surely come back!

Perfect stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

By far, my favorite hostel that I stayed in during my 5 weeks traveling through Europe. Even though there were a lot of people in the room, it was still very quiet, clean, and I hardly ran into anyone. The capsule feel was amazing and I felt safe. The bathrooms were clean, good locker storage space in the hallway and storage space in the room (unsecure). Would stay there again if I'm ever back in Lucerne

Cannot be more satisfied with this capsule hotel. Good location, good facilities and spacious pod. Bathroom and toilet are very well maintained too.

It was a pleasant stay and pretty affordable for Switzerland. Very central and within walking distance to major attractions. The only thing I would suggest is having some sort of ventilation inside the capsule as it was quite hot inside making it difficult to sleep comfortably. It would be good to have more comfy mattresses as well. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed one night at Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town and had such a comfortable experience. The check-in process was super simple and smooth. I had some trouble opening my locker (twice, actually!), but each time the staff was incredibly kind and patiently helped me without hesitation — their warm attitude really stood out. My capsule was near the main door to the room, so I thought it might be noisy. But even when I was awake, I only noticed the sound of someone entering faintly, and I couldn’t hear anything while I was asleep. The capsules were impressively sound-insulated and felt very private and peaceful — which I know is something many capsule hotel guests care about. The shared kitchen was also easy to use, with a microwave, dishes, pepper, and other basics available — a nice bonus for a short stay. One small note: the power outlet inside the capsule is a Type C only, so be sure to bring the right adapter if you need one. The space was clean, modern, and felt very safe. I would absolutely stay again if I return to Lucerne. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
