"Staff and facilities are excellent, we were very impressed with one of the staff names Summer. She upgraded us to suit room and helped us to booked Liyuan restaurant in the private room which was really fantastic. The breakfast at All Day Dining restaurant are great, lots of high quality foods. We definitely will return and stay at this hotel again."

"The rooms are spacious and offer excellent views. This was a pleasant surprise, especially compared to my stay at the Westin Pazhou in Guangzhou just last week. The entertainment facilities at this Zhongshan hotel are superb. The indoor pool is genuinely heated, so it's not cold at all (unlike the one in Guangzhou last week, which was so chilly I had to get out after ten minutes!). There's also a hot spring pool nearby. While small, it offers a nice view, and guests were peaceful and orderly – a big plus. For kids, there's a ball pit; though small, it's perfect for children under 4 and very photogenic. The gym and yoga room are well-equipped and clean. I even think I spotted a sauna/steam room, but I might be mistaken. The location is fantastic, situated directly above the Lights City Mall, with a direct link to the hotel from Guzhen intercity railway station. Plenty of parking is available too. Service: The front desk staff proactively asked if we needed children's toiletries upon seeing I had a child with me. Facilities: The indoor pool is truly heated and never cold, and there's also an accompanying hot spring pool. Environment: The hotel occupies a high floor. Though it offers a city view, from the rooms and public areas, you get panoramic vistas of Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Shunde. Both evening moon-gazing and afternoon sunset-watching provide fantastic photo opportunities."

"The hotel is located at the city center of Zhongshan which is quite convenient to go to most of the tourist sites. The breakfast is good with varieties. I will stay again next time I visit Zhongshan."

"My first stay at MingZuo hotel in Zhongshan. Heard of this hotel many times, glad that I chose it during my short visit. Definitely surpassed my expectations. Started my check-in with Miss 李佳琳. She was very professional, checked my requirements patiently. Assigned a non-smoking room for me. Also offered a slight bigger room for me. Location is very convenient in Samxiang."

"A very spacious room and a kind size bed way enough for two people. The room is quiet but the it’s a bit too hot even when we tried to turn down the temperature to 16 degrees. One major problem is water leakage. After showering, the water leaked into the toilet area and the bathroom, making puddles everywhere. Would consider staying here again if there are attractive offers."

"Summer vacation is prime time for multi-generational Chinese family trips, and accommodating a group of 5-6 people spanning three generations is a true litmus test for any hotel. This hotel excelled at meeting everyone's vacation needs. The simultaneous availability of hot springs and a swimming pool offered a 'fire and ice' flexibility: kids could cool off in the pool, while the elders could enjoy the hot springs for relaxation and well-being. For entertaining the kids, there was a children's playground and a small zoo, along with clown entertainers in the lobby to greet guests. For adults seeking relaxation, they could admire the serene courtyard ponds or explore the nearby ancient villages. I opted for a garden-view king room, and the bed was, without exaggeration, the largest I've ever slept in – easily accommodating a family with two children. Plenty of dining options were also available near the hotel, which truly left our entire family thoroughly satisfied."

"One of the high level hotels in Xiaolan town. Convenient location right next to big shopping mall, eateries, flight/ferry shuttles pickup point and coach service to Hong Kong. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast sufficient choice and good quality."

"Nice resort !! Facilities are really nice. Lobby Lounge restaurant food and service was excellent. Hot spring and swimming pool facilities are well maintained and clean. There is scope to improve breakfast choices but are Ok for locals but limited western or non chinese options."

"Pros: Excellent service. The staff were very polite, and the atmosphere at Ye Bar was great. The two Filipino singers were both beautiful and enthusiastic. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Cons: The hotel is too new and has a strong odor. For a five-star hotel, the superior room didn't even have a bathtub. The pool is also outdoor; I wonder how they managed to keep it heated. The worst part was the toilet—not only was it not a smart toilet, but the toilet bowl was also incredibly shallow. Don't even try sitting on the toilet to flush, or your butt will be in serious trouble. You know what I mean 😂. Nearby restaurant recommendation: Zhongshan Port Fishing Port. Their roast pigeon is incredibly crispy and juicy, far superior to those trendy places like Shiqi Lao. Great value for money. Highly recommended!"
