Excellent stay and fantastic location for doing business in Guzhen. Conveniently attached to a shopping mall and cafe downstairs, also with many great restaurant options nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is so comfortable. The design aesthetic of the room is calm and peaceful (just what you need to come home to). There’s also a laundry room complete with ironing board and steamer.. we stayed in the panoramic room which was pretty amazing as you’re in one of the tallest buildings in this area. The breakfast was done well and had many options. I would highly recommend staying here.

Friendly front office. Staff 一亦 very friendly. Near walking street. Not so many places for breakfast nearby. Nice lobby with many books. Room comfortable.

The receptionists are super helpful and nice! Very near Lihe Plaza where we can have fine meals, drinks and shopping.

The room was clean and the front desk was fast during check-in. However, staff training needs to be strengthened. It was nearly 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-in, but I couldn't open the door of my room. Didn't anyone check this problem before selling the room? But I didn't say much, and had to carry a bunch of things downstairs to find the front desk again. I asked the front desk to change my room but she refused. I didn't understand and she didn't explain. She asked me to go upstairs and asked the housekeeping department to help me. The housekeeping staff came and said it was a battery problem, and I asked them to change the batteries now. But she refused me, saying that she had to get off work at 12 o'clock, and asked me to go to the front desk to find someone to open the door for me if I wanted to go out? ? ? ? ? ? ? She said it was very troublesome for her to go to the 7th floor to get the tools? ? ? ? ? ? After I directly refused her many times, she went reluctantly. He came back after a while and replaced the battery in less than two minutes. So what were you being so stubborn about before? Is it intentional to make people uncomfortable? Hope it can be improved. Apart from the staff, I think the hotel facilities are very nice and beautiful. The bed is also comfortable and I slept very well! It's very close to the nearby food streets and attractions. Overall, I would go there again.

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the ”Xingzhong Plaza” in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

The pillows and mattresses in the room are super comfortable. The one-click master switch at the head of the bed is too convenient, so you don't need to find the switches of each lamp in the dark. The bathroom is also separated from wet and dry, clean and hygienic. The front desk lady Xiao Xie service attitude is very good, patiently answering questions and helping to upgrade the room type, the details service is in place, highly recommended

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

The room is nice and the price is reasonable. The location in Zhongshan is very convenient, parking is convenient, clean and sanitary. The service attitude of the store staff is not bad, but the facilities are a bit old

The temperature had dropped that day and I still had a cough. The manager in black clothes at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded me to a suite with a cabinet-type heating and cooling air conditioner for free. The room is large and clean, with three separate bathrooms, a bathtub and a small sauna. It's a pity that I didn't dare to steam the cough. The hotel is very close to the business district and has a large parking lot. Breakfast is okay, the freshly made beef brisket noodles are pretty good👍🏻

The location is convenient, it's a quick walk to the pedestrian street, parking is available, the room is spacious and clean, but unfortunately it lacks a refrigerator. This is my second visit and I feel that the attitude of some staff is worse than last time. But overall it's still worth visiting. This time I also went to Qijiang Park opposite the hotel, which was nice.
