三床房，房間還算不小！床睡得也舒服！服務也很好，有接送讓人省心！門口有兩百多的階梯，爬完山再上台階我，有點吃虧～整體還不錯～

酒店位置比較偏，在山上，出入景區坐公交車非常不方便，晚上根本等不到5路車，後來衹能坐黑車上山。衞生設施也不是很好，到處都是肉眼可見的臟污，比如窗台、空調、衞生間、淋浴房，本想着是維也納連鎖酒店品質會有保障，但住宿環境和衞生還不如一般的民宿，以後不會入住。

要爬250個台階累死了，一晚600的價格房間裏配的是一次性紙杯，找服務員多要一條浴巾要了半天。找前台借個瓷杯或者玻璃杯泡茶，竟然一口回絕説沒有。因為景區不讓開車上牯嶺鎮，衹帶了茶葉沒帶茶具。竟然一個酒店一個玻璃杯或瓷杯都沒有，感覺太沒有人情味了，更不要説做服務行業的酒店！！！本來從福建過來對江西老表還是有所期待的，現在是不想講話！

説好了有索道接站服務，但等了20分鐘。司機説前台搞錯了，説是運營總站。司機倒蠻好，介紹如何超近路去正街。如何乘公交車。然後給了房卡，結果掃了一直紅色，開不開。打電話給前台，一直是忙。拖着行李走去找前台解決。氣的無語。

房間衞生可以，設施也挺齊全的。走小路離街上挺近的，吃飯到景點，都非常的方便。而且酒店會安排商務車接送減輕了，很大了一個負擔，下次還是會選擇這家酒店，最主要是很安靜。

首先説一下暑期理解房間漲價，將近五百塊的房間，像住進年老失修的小旅館，因為太晚了臨時訂了維也納的房間，看了下距離，顯示離牯嶺街幾百米，立即下單了，沒想到還要從牯嶺街往上爬很久才能到酒店，好在有酒店安排商務車接送，但是第二天需要我們自己帶着行李下台階去牯嶺街，這個無所謂了，年輕人多走幾百台階算什麼！最讓人氣憤的是前台辦理好入住進房間，發現是在負一樓的酒店，也就是大堂下面一層，大堂是地面那層，所以我説負一層沒問題吧！房間很潮濕，很大的黴味，牆上都是黴點，關鍵是攜程上介紹的是2022年裝修的，但事實是這個房間就是老裝修，設施陳舊，水龍頭也是晃動的，被罩床單像沒幹一樣，被罩是臟的，打電話給前台要求更換房間，得到的回覆是沒房了，好吧那給我換下被罩可以吧！沒想到被罩也沒有了！阿姨説衹能給我換個小被罩，我説那算了吧不換了，好吧那我就將就一晚吧！把被子反過來蓋，臟的那面朝上！暫時將就一晚睡吧！沒想到半夜被空調吹出來的黴臭味薰醒，一夜無眠，天亮了就起來收拾東西退房了，下去退房，本想跟前台吐槽一下，結果前台一個人都沒有，就這樣吧！有史以來第一個差評送給維也納，好歹也是將近五百塊的費用，條件設施連小旅館都不如！氣的照片都忘了拍，衹能走的時候回頭拍了下酒店門口！就吐槽到這吧！希望酒店不要打我電話！謝謝！

廬山旅遊在此酒店住兩日，酒店位置好，距離中心廣場很近，環境不錯，服務好，親自到索道站接送，態度和藹可親，有如家的感覺。望更完善細節，再接再厲。
