親子房很好，一個大床，一個小床，非常適合帶孩子的家庭。房間設施齊全，酒店服務很好，無論南門北門還是索道上山，酒店都提供車接送。酒店前台還提供旅遊資訊。

攜程購買有接送哦，服務還是不錯的，周邊風景也很好，就是去主街稍有距離，但同時人也少，下雪的時候特別美！比主街好看多了，問題是隔音一般，空調遙控器找不到，電視有問題沒法看，希望多檢查檢查。

酒店提前把暖氣開好了，帶着小朋友全家一起出行，酒店靠近美廬別墅，步行二十分鐘可以到，周圍還有一個石刻博物館，離會議中心舊址很近。酒店在大路旁的山上，很安靜。

免費給我升級了房間。酒店位置距離牯嶺街上面有點距離，走路要差不多30分鐘。一個人晚上不敢太晚回去，因為有一段路沒什麼路燈，比較黑。不過附近的會議舊址觀光車站不算太遠。第一天晚上沒熱水，説是跳閘了，讓我去隔壁空房間洗澡。第二天開始就有熱水了。洗澡的花灑掛放的位置對小個子不大友好，比較高，固定位置也沒法調。
