設施：很好，酒店就離小天池不遠，如果買了觀光車的話衹需要出酒店左轉向前走幾分鐘就到站點了，房間基本用品也都齊全，還提供早餐，種類挺多，推薦大家點一份江西湯粉，真的好好吃！一定要加一勺肉醬還有蝦米，香迷糊了🤤。
衞生：衞生相比較在九江市區定的漢庭來説算是很乾凈了，整體不錯，還行。
環境：酒店環境很好，不在牯嶺鎮上，但是離街上也不算特別遠，出酒店右轉一直往前走就到了，大概1.3公里左右，可以當散步走去，如果開車來的那就更方便了。
服務：前台小姐姐服務很好很熱情，臨出發的前一天就提前打電話問出行方式，我們是開車過來，沒有坐過索道，所以準備索道上山，不知道把車停在哪裡，問了酒店管家，也耐心解答（^V^），入住的時候還送了小禮品，一份廬山茶餅，耳塞，還有蒸汽眼罩，很貼心哦，第二天還送了水果，沃柑特別好吃！香香甜甜的！索道接送師傅也很好，幫忙提行李，體驗感拉滿咯！

這家酒店位於小天池旁，出行十分方便。還沒去到酒店，就有管家提前一天主動聯繫我，提醒入住事宜。到了索道後，就有司機前來接送，10分鐘車程就能到酒店。入住時給我們升級了房間，還有伴手禮送。打開房間大門，也是讓我十分滿意，房間陽光充足，床品乾淨，裝飾雅緻，真的有超出我的想象。離開那天，我們寄存了行李在酒店，等我們玩完後，司機直接把行李送到我們指定的地方，還把我們接到索道口，真是十分貼心。如果下次再來，還會入住他們家。
