不愧是星級酒店的服務，從前台到客房服務到餐廳的大姐都很熱情，孩子住的都捨不得走了，好評👍

這個酒店本身並沒什麼問題，最大的問題，如果是自駕不建議選，進酒店有幾公里s型單行道，近酒店處有幾百米大陡坡，估計三年內的新手司機，不一定敢開車，危機係數很大

The quality of the restaurant's products is also very stable, and the price of the New Year menu is not high. The hotel bought a valley with a quiet environment. Although it is a bit old, the hardware maintenance is very good, the room is large and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleaning is also very clean. It feels like the hotel is run with care. In general, the management, training, and practice of the hotel are all in place. I will stay here again when I come to Lushan next time, and I will recommend it to my relatives and friends.

整體還是很滿意的，原本是希望能看到日落，預訂的是山谷的日落房間，可惜緣份不夠，下雨下雪全是雲海和霧氣。 唯一不太讓人開心的是前台的一個小姐姐的服務態度。下山當天，預訂了將行李由酒店的擺渡車送到指定地點，按預訂時間沒有找到車輛，電話問詢後説是行李被忘記送出去了，會專門再送一趟。 因為大霧，車輛開出後行駛比較緩慢，中間打了幾次電話問詢行李的位置，也有不同的工作人員接聽電話，態度很好也很耐心，後來再打電話催促的時候，一個小姐姐臨時讓更換接取行李的地點（而這個地點是原本我希望過去，但之前的小姐姐説為了其他遊客的行李一起，就不要讓司機師傅停兩次車，讓我變更過的），現在又在大霧不好找尋人和車輛的時候，又臨時讓變更位置，我擔心錯過車輛不願意再次更換地點，和小姐姐爭執了起來。。。最後還是比較順利的取到了行李，辛苦司機師傅和陪同的酒店服務生小哥哥。

定了兩間房，就在隔壁安排的特別好，前台小姐姐很熱情
