這是一次令人遺憾的住宿體驗。酒店的外牆斑駁脱落，房間內的牆體已經發黴，散發出令人不適的氣味。為了掩蓋這種異味，酒店使用了劣質的香水，反而讓人感到頭疼。早餐的環境同樣糟糕，蒼蠅🪰停在豆漿旁的白砂糖上，讓人反胃。
服務也是讓人大跌眼鏡。房間內的插座插了取電卡，卻依舊沒有電。想要反饋給酒店前台，卻發現房間里根本沒有前台電話號碼，按下話機上的客房服務按鈕也毫無反應，衹能自己跑去前台反饋。反饋插座沒電和WiFi無法正常連接的問題後，來了個大媽説有個開關要打開就走了，我問WiFi怎麼辦，回覆我和她沒關係，找別人去，我真是醉了。
如果你帶孩子來玩，不建議住這裏。如果是情侶過來住，不建議住這裏，如果是獨家想放鬆，千萬不要來，你會一肚子火。你要是想看穿着內褲，赤着膊的男士，這個酒店可以滿足你，因為大堂旁邊就是温泉入口。
本來按行程定了兩天，入住當晚直接改一天，第二天一早就退房，逃離而去。
補充一下，這地方要按金，進門第一件事告訴各類賠償標準，我也是醉了。

老牌酒店，設施比較舊了，但勝在温泉很舒服，有很多不同的温泉池，酒店場地很大，休閑放鬆很適合。

我是來到鬼城了嗎？在網上評論都是假的吧？！
那一帶温泉酒店有很多都倒閉，這家也是半倒閉狀態。 温泉也不是全開放，酒店更不用説！陰深深的，一整晚都沒能睡下，我有陰陽眼的朋友竟然和我説看到了“老爺爺”在我們房裡！真的不敢再來了
還有這種近倒閉狀態的酒店還收我按金300元？離譜了吧？
