住的五柳居三樓，晚上11點正要睡着，樓上就不停的發出椅子移動和咚咚的聲音，一直斷斷續續持續但到凌晨兩三點，不知道上面是麻將房還是什麼！一晚上沒睡着！床也是，稍微翻身就響！泡湯開放的池子少，幾乎每個池子都三四個人。但有一説一，服務很好，需要拖鞋和多辦一張房卡都處理很積極，表揚前台和和客房部

訂的五柳居，前台服務好給升級到主樓，説去年翻新的房間，房間確實不錯，比之前的房間好很多，整體亮堂多了。温泉水乾淨，泡完渾身舒服放鬆。夏天來泡了一次和這次感受不一樣，不過都很舒服，沒來過的可以來泡泡。

老牌酒店，設施都還挺好的，温泉也蠻多的，沒有像評論説的只有幾個温泉，很舒服，就是設施偏舊但也夠用，房間乾淨整潔，安靜，適合度假休閑

房間比較成舊，熱水打了好久都不來，對不起攜程定價308元，前台服務也不是很好，説了也愛答不理。但是售後接電話的小姐姐服務態度很好！！
