房間非常陳舊，簡陋，無毛巾浴巾抽紙等基本用品。基本無法用星級酒店來衡量，攜程還標註為四星酒店，有失查之責。就算是節日，上千元的定價也是很離譜的。酒店唯一的好處就是在湖邊。

房間面積很大，酒店緊鄰如琴湖，位置優越，餐廳餐食味道很好，家人都很滿意，唯一美中不足的是酒店沒有電梯，搬運行李有點不方便。

懷疑這個四星是假的，毛巾是一次性的，瓶裝水和一次性拖鞋是沒有的，找了前台小姐姐要才給，最拉垮的是，洗澡洗了一半，熱水沒了，等了兩分鐘還是冷水，這可是零下幾度的天氣啊，衹得暫時穿好衣服等水加熱，半個小時之後水依然沒熱，但身上還有沐浴露的我再也等不及了，衹好用冷水快速沖洗了一下，凍得我那叫一個瑟瑟發抖，真是太讓人失望了。前台小姐姐服務態度是很好，但沒有基本的設施，衹靠服務態度也不行啊，這個四星該取消了，別再誤導人了。

正直旅遊淡季，入住的客人不多，前台熱情地給我們升級了湖景的套房，房間寬敞舒適。賓館西式建築很有特點，正面面對如琴湖，遊玩兒西線景點特別方便。

前台小姐姐超級好 給我們免費升房還發了旅遊攻略
雖然房間出了點小問題但很快就解決了
