房間很乾凈，住的很好，老闆娘人也特別好，根據行程很貼心的把廬山遊玩的路線幫我都標註出來了，到哪下車，如何回來。出門就是觀光車的站點，離美廬很近，出行非常方便。還有索道接送的服務，很贊👍，下次有機會來廬山度假還會繼續住！也會推薦給朋友！

服務特別好，裏面的前台人不錯，但是不得不説是糟心的一次體驗，定了兩個房間一個門鎖壞的鎖不起來視頻如下，打電話給前台説第二天幫我換也沒有人來（可能是因為自助辦理入住他們負責接送我們），另一個房間更可怕了因為突然下了暴雨在外面淋雨了結果房卡居然消磁一點都打不開，幾個人一直站在外面淋雨，打電話一直不接接了也是告訴密碼結果密碼也打不開，最後還是爬窗户進去打開的，在此期間也沒有負責人來處理這件事，多次打電話未果，另外蟲子很多門窗都關了蟲子還是很多不知道為什麼，另外毛巾很潮濕很臭，一點都不乾淨，而且門口有一個特別特別斗的坡不管上下都很難走而且很難找導航不準確，總的來説除了接送我們的時候露個麪的姐們和司機之外，其他都不滿意，一晚上五百多花的不值，要不是家裡人要住的靠近美廬肯定不會定那裡，下次不會再去了

非常不好的體驗，很失望！正如電話溝通一樣，我可以原諒你們工作的失誤定位不準，太看不起人了是100元返現的事嗎？不接受你們的欺騙，實在沒時間及不想影響心情投訴你們。打電話給你們反饋，是想你們能改正位置遍差太遠的錯誤，避免旅友們錯訂。這幾天一直在觀察定位點沒任何修正。1450元訂這房間目地是在美廬邊上晚上出行方便，拉到半山腰這麼陡的坡要小一家老小晚上出來走走合適嗎？希望幫到大家避坑！

酒店去美廬別墅很近，鬧中取靜，很舒適。房間衞生很好，乾淨整潔，洗漱物品完整，床品舒服，衞生。停車很方便有車場，適合自駕的朋友，去觀光大巴車站很近，很方便。服務到位，熱情。免費給升級了房間。（在外邊玩太晚，觀光車停運，店家派車來接）。
