"We have now stayed at Latitude 15° twice, and it has definitely become our go-to place whenever we come to Lusaka. The hotel feels like a little oasis of peace in the city. It is quiet, relaxing and beautifully designed, while still being very convenient when you have things to do in Lusaka. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and very tastefully decorated, with a lot of character. The food is also excellent — we really enjoyed the restaurant on both of our stays. Most importantly, the staff have always been extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. On our first visit, we also used the airport shuttle, which was extremely convenient and made arriving in Lusaka completely stress-free. After two stays, we would definitely recommend Latitude 15° to anyone spending a few days in Lusaka. It is one of those hotels where you genuinely enjoy coming back after a busy day — a peaceful, stylish and very welcoming place."

"The place is beautiful , well setup and location good from the airport and many other places . What lets it down is it still lacks basic amenities ; kettles , ironing boards , mini fridge , not so good internet and periodic water supply interruptions ."

"I had a great stay! The host was very kind and even offered complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which I really appreciated. The host made breakfast himself and was delicious and a lovely touch. Overall, everything was comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Not ideal for family bookings. Only book this place if in an emergency on a solo trip. It took us close to an hour for the security to let us into the hotel premises. Apparently the officer with the keys to the gate was sleeping or something... After entering the building, the receptionist still had trouble finding our booking because we booked via trip.com. We were checked into our room and this followed by repeated calls from the admin let us know he missed one or two things to the extent of bringing us a room inventory sheet to sign off. Interestingly the interior kind of beat my expectations however the atmosphere was cold and stuffy. I ended up with a cough by time of checking out. The shower worked just fine but, the water took 30minutes to drain making it a very unpleasant and disgusting experience. Absolutely not worth the $55 The booking came with a standard English breakfast and this was simply a disaster. My wife and I were served stale bread with contaminated harmful mold. The only thing I could eat was my egg omelette. I reported this to the receptionist and to my surprise, all she could say was sorry. No replacement whatsoever."
