"Amenities: No air conditioning, no hair dryer, no toothbrush or toothpaste, no slippers. It's an apartment, and there are two keys: one for the building and one for the room. The room is small. Cleanliness: Okay, probably not occupied. Area: Not many shops nearby, but close to Zambezi Trade Center and a Chinese supermarket. Service: Not much."

Restaurant food is well presented and reasonably priced with attentive staff. Convenient location with easy access to nearby East Park Mall, city centre and the highway to the airport. Very good all round."

"The environment was very pleasant, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. For a hotel of this standard size, the lack of disposable slippers was quite puzzling… (Breakfast is included in every room) There's no need to select breakfast included when booking."

"We spent one night at this hotel after a long journey from the Uk before heading off to the Lower Zambezi. The hotel was only 15-20 minutes from Lusaka airport and was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and a good size. There is. Swimming pool and a pool bar. The restaurant was excellent (the portions were huge) and the restaurant staff were delightful. When they learnt we were leaving at 6am the next morning they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left."

"A beautifully decorated and furnished hotel about 30 minutes from the airport if there are no traffic problems. We so enjoyed spending our last night in Zambia here. Comfortable room, good food at dinner (in the “fine dining” restaurant) and breakfast and the staff were lovely."

"Customer service is very poor and disgusting. All they want is money from customers and not to offer professional services. They don’t want to hear the customers side when an inconvenience happens. Plus breakfast is served whenever they want. If you have a meeting early in the morning like 08:00,just know you’ll go with an empty stomach."

"I booked a twin room, but the room I received was different from the photos I saw when I booked. The staff and the lodge owner were friendly, but there were no outlets next to the bed or nearby, so I had to use the single outlet at the bathroom entrance. There was an air conditioner and refrigerator, but they didn't work. So, I had to sleep with a fan on a far-off outlet in the heat. Also, I was excited because breakfast was included and room service was available, but the breakfast they brought me at 9 a.m. was just black tea, a piece of fried chicken on dry bread without any jam or butter, lol."
