SIMPLY THE BEST—hands down
My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in over fifty countries. However, the Sarovar Premier is unlike any hotel we have ever stayed in.
This hotel is the best managed and operated place of lodging; from the front desk staff to the housekeepers; the chefs to the waiters/waitresses; from the gym staff to room service—we have seriously never witnessed such a well oiled and functioning hotel, ever!! Every staff member we encountered were pleasant, professional, polite, helpful, and genuinely caring.
We visit Zambia almost yearly and it is with great delight that we have found and now chosen our home away from home in Zambia!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE (plus it’s right across the street from Manda Hill Mall—very convenient).

Excellent Stay, Food , Hospitality, Staff Very Helpful and Courteous, Very Nice Indian Couines .aMeet Beautiful Staff Anita , Very Helpful. Chef Santosh and Sushant , Front Staff All Very Helpful. Rood very Clean and Higenic . All type of touleteriers available in Washrooms. .

Fantastic stay, staff very efficient and friendly. Clean facilities everything is impeccable. Clean room. Restaurant with a variety of food everyday chefs always on standby to explain any queries. Anita was very helpful and always wore a smile

Excellent service and facility . Breakfast and Dinner taste and quality is exceptionally good. I didnot take Lunch hence not commenting on that. Even bed , pillows and toilets etc are neatly maintained and service level is good from staff. Keep it up..

I enjoyed the stay at the Sarovar very much. Beautiful rooms, excellent food, very nice Gym, smoke house was great and the overall place is very very clean. The rooms are big, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom always very clean. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. The only hotel I will stay when I revisit Lusaka.

The rooms are very beautiful and you are sense of being at home and not at a hotel. The pool and gym are a must see and the food from Copper Pot is great! There are more options of restaurants to choose from like Swirl and Smoke house. Everyone there is so helpful and it has great hospitality.

My stay was so awesome 👌, and I can recommend a family member or a fried to stay with the sarovar hotel, the stuff were excellent with a good service especially Anitah who took me from the airport first day I arrived until my last she was so helpful, the food was on point and the rooms too were so clean.
