Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

Every day began on a high note with Chituwa’s warm smile, which instantly brightens your morning and sets the tone for the day. Anita’s thoughtful assistance and the way she takes her time with guests make you feel genuinely cared for and valued. A very special thanks goes to Front Office Manager Brij. His exceptional attitude, dedication, and family-like leadership with his team are inspiring. I observed how he goes above and beyond — not just for me during my stay, but for every guest, ensuring comfort, ease, and a sense of belonging. His connection with both staff and guests reflects true professionalism wrapped in genuine kindness. I must also commend Jogenda, who impressed me with his smooth, attentive, and brilliant service. Together, this incredible team creates an atmosphere where you feel not just welcomed, but truly over-welcomed — like part of the Sarovar family.

Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere Lusaka: Fit for a Prince (and Maybe You Too!✨️ Where do I even begin? As a royal prince, I'm used to being treated like, well, royalty. But Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere Lusaka took it to another level! From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was greeted with a super customer-centric approach. The shuttle service was impeccable! My chariot (okay, SUV, but still!) arrived on time, complete with a chauffeur and a Guest Relations Executive holding my name placard. Talk about feeling important! The short drive to the hotel was a breeze, thanks to their courtesy guest Wi-Fi. My roaming service was having a meltdown, but thankfully, Neelkanth saved the day! I could immediately let my family know I'd landed safely – crucial when you're a prince on a mission. Even though my delegation was there for business, the hotel gave me serious vacation vibes. Hahaha! It made the whole experience truly memorable. If you're looking to explore the beautiful Zambian scenery, this is the place to stay. They'll make you feel right at home... or, in my case, even more royal! And the food? On point! I dove headfirst into Zambian cuisine and other dishes. Anita and team, thank you so, so much for your incredible hospitality! You guys are going to make me bring the whole Royal Clan to your place! You treated me like royalty , as I am! Royalty Regards!

I would like to take This opportunity to thank everyone at Sarova hotel who took care of the Sunny group .. personally love the room and how big it was and clean , the food was amazing and of course a very kind stuff named Aristya who was very welcome and gave me a very good orientation I would definitely come back
