Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

No complaints.
There was a wide variety of food, so I never got bored even after staying for 10 days or more. The gym was well equipped and the friendly trainers were fun to work with. There was a large shopping mall next door, so shopping was not an issue.

The hotel is perfect for those who like comfort and convenience. The suites have a lounge area, kitchen, a laundry room and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. The bed and pillows are divine. Most interestingly, they serve treats every day to all their guest. My only issue is that I wasn't compatible with the fragrance in our conference room (maybe it was my ancestors disagreeing with my enjoyment of the comfort instead of being Frugal).

The reception, rooms and food at Sarovar Hotel is exception. I enjoyed every bit of it and would recommend that people stay there. Its my Home Away from Home. Thank you. The rooms are very clean and the surroundings are just clean. The front office team is very welcoming and very friendly and they make you feel at home.

Wow! What a great experience! Friendly staff and a very good clean hotel, 5 star experience! A big shout out to a staff member named Anita - she goes out of her way to make sure that guest are happy, the food was great, the breakfast spread is really well worth every buck.

The team is highly competent, efficient incredibly committed to satisfy customers needs. The team goes an extra mile in eagerly assisting the customer and if he has some late check-out challenges - it is done FREE of additional cost, which is genuinely appreciated with a lot of relief.
