The hotel has everything you want — excellent and friendly staffs, even the cleaning ladies were so polite and put in excellent work. Clean room, excellent location next to major attractions and subway station. Very delicious restaurants nearby 一间性价比非常高的酒店。大推。非常友善的服务

I stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is a bit hard to find because it is behind a coffee shop. You have to walk through to get in. It would be easier if there were signs. The room was comfortable to sleep in. However, the room I got seemed to have some problems with the bathroom equipment such as the toilet and the hair dryer. They didn't work very well.

Super lovely place with many good places nearby (food, shopping, and sightseeing). On-site 汉服 makeup and clothing available and staying at the hotel allows for discount, highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is ideal, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was very lovely and clean, with a stunning view on the roof terrasse!

Hotel uses diatomite floor mat as the toilet floor mat, it was extremely gross. When we checked in, the mat was still soaking wet. Staff were unable to change the mat for us. We booked 2 non-smoking room but was given 1 smoking room. Informed the hotel staff but they claimed that they did not receive such note on their end despite Trip page showing as non smoking. They were unable to change our room as they were fully booked. We booked this hotel because it has washing machine. But pls look at the picture attached, the washing machine is located at one corner of the common toilet and it was dirty. We did not use the washing machine in the end. They only good thing about this hotel is their location, it is just a 5mins walk to the metro station.

As for the problem you mentioned, the mat used in the bathroom door is absorbent, non-slip and easy to clean, which is very popular in China. The order we received did not note a non-smoking room, this problem should be specifically communicated with your booking website, we also made a non-smoking treatment immediately after your feedback, check-in is also according to the room you booked arrangements, when you came to the room is really full, there is no way to give you a room change. What we don't understand is that since we care so much about the sign of non-smoking rooms, why not cancel the order? The hotel agreed to cancel the order free of charge, and also proposed a solution for you. Can not because of the reason of the website to all the gas on the inn, it is wrong

The place is A MUST for ppl who love to wear hanfu chinese dress, because it’s nearby Yingtianmen and Liningmen less than 1 km by walk and full of hanfu dressing shop. The room is quite big and the environment around hotel is so good! There ‘s also teashop close to the hotel!

Couldn’t have ask for a better location. Right beside the famous Gates and Palaces. Transport is convenient with a main bus stop right outside. Metro is also a short distance away. Reception was very friendly and helpful. However, TV wasn’t working properly in my room. It’s Winter and it’s cold, I think the heating in the room could be better. All in all, a really nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Moxy YiShu Cultural district in Xian last week. Design of the hotel is a step forward from 'old school' & is full of vitality. Its central location right next to the Bell Tower is so convenient to visitors. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Joy from the front desk took us to the bus stop after work to ensure that we could find our way the subsequent morning. Her colleagues at the front desk working the morning shift are equally helpful in working out WeChat payments with us. The team really made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend Moxy to anyone visiting Xian.

Close to the pagode, even with a view at it. Staff helped me to call a taxi. Rooms ate clean and nice.
