The hotel location is great, so many options for food and shops nearby. Really nice staff in the check in and restaurant. Room was very clean and they have some extra chargers, perfect when you have more devices. The breakfast was great, almost no western food but it was tasty.

I was quite satisfied with my stay overall. I felt very good from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Not only did she check me in quickly, she was also very considerate and took the initiative to tell me the WiFi password and breakfast time, and introduced some good restaurants and shopping places around the hotel. The room was simple and warm, clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning was also OK. There are many types of breakfast, including porridge, noodles, bread, fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The spicy soup is especially good. What surprised me most was that when I checked out, the lady at the front desk prepared souvenirs: water, fruit and yogurt. It seemed that the ladies at the front desk really cared about the guests' experience. If I come to Luohe next time, I will stay here again.

Second visit to Henan, thinking of visiting Pang Donglai in Xuchang, stopping in Luohe on the way, and choosing Sheraton Hotel, the facilities and environment are good, the price-performance ratio is also high during the Spring Festival, parking is convenient, the service is good, I asked the aunt for 2 bottles of water, and the aunt was afraid that it was not enough and gave me 3 bottles 😂. The first time I had stewed noodles in Henan, there was a lot of mutton, but later in other cities there was less and less meat 🙈. It was quite a distance from Luohe Ancient Town. The Wenfeng Tower in Luohe Ancient Town was filled with various blessings, which was also a beautiful landscape.

The room was terrible. I changed two rooms in a row and couldn't rest in any room. This is the first time I gave a bad review on Ctrip when booking a hotel. The Ctrip rating is too unrealistic (either the air conditioner didn't work or the smoke detector kept alarming). How can you rest in this situation? Bad review, bad review.

The first room was 706, but the air conditioner was not cold and the bathtub did not drain. We changed to another room, 729, and the toilet was leaking, with a large puddle on the bathroom floor. The front desk staff was very good and handled the business quickly, but the facilities were seriously damaged.

It is said to be the best hotel in Luohe. I think compared with the local economic level, it is already first-class. Although the facilities cannot be compared with those in second-tier and first-tier cities, the attitude of the waiters is definitely comparable to that of international five-star hotels. I thank them for sticking to their posts during the Spring Festival and bringing warmth to us, the returning wanderers.

Overall it's pretty good. When traveling by car, as soon as you arrive at the hotel, there are two beautiful girls helping you with your luggage. Wherever you pass, beautiful girls will take the initiative to greet you. But when we were leaving the hotel, we pulled the big suitcase to the car and no boy helped us. The security guard in the parking lot stared at me with his big eyes. I couldn’t tell whether he was counting ants on the ground or feeling sad about not having a good breakfast. Anyway, he didn’t see me struggling to put the suitcase into the trunk, which wiped out my good mood of enjoying the freshly squeezed soy milk and crispy egg-filled pancakes for breakfast.

Four Points by Sheraton Jianye is the best choice for staying in Luohe. The hardware and software are excellent, and the service is very attentive. Not long after I booked the room, the housekeeper Lemon called me and asked about our approximate arrival time and room requirements. Since I had booked two rooms here, they told me very considerately that they would try their best to arrange the two rooms together. Moreover, the welcome fruits arranged are also very good. In the morning, the housekeeper would recommend a nearby breakfast to us, and my friend and I tried the nearby spicy soup, which was indeed delicious. All in all, a satisfying trip.
