"The first time I saw a hotel with no paper towels in the room, I called the manager and said that there was toilet paper for free, and the paper towels needed 6 yuan a pack. The door cannot be locked, the anti-lock chain is bad, and the door lock is deformed and cannot be locked. The toilet can't be opened. No soap. No phone.
