"This hotel is the best hotel in Luochuan. After all, Luochuan has no other tourist resources besides Apple that are worth staying at. The hotel has good hardware facilities and the rooms are very large. But the software service obviously couldn't keep up. After checking in, I couldn't find the reservation information (I had called twice to confirm before coming), and then it said that the room with meals only included one breakfast. The service in the hotel's own restaurant is also quite poor. I asked an aunty-level waiter to pay the bill, but then disappeared after agreeing. But the quality of the hotel's catering is still good. Free noodles are provided for late night snacks, and Luochuan apples are available for free in the hotel."

Insufficient - Outdated facilities: hotel facilities have a certain sense of age, furniture, electrical appliances and other relatively old, may affect the experience, such as air conditioning cooling or heating effect is not good. - Poor sound insulation: the sound insulation of the room is not very good, it is vulnerable to external noise interference, especially in the room facing the street, the sound of passing vehicles may affect the rest of the guests. - Limited space: some rooms are small in size, and the space for activities is narrower after placing beds and furniture, which will make guests feel a little depressed."

"This stay experience exceeded expectations! The whole house was cleaned, the bathroom was dry and wet without smell, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and the soundproofing was very good. The front desk staff is warm and polite, the check-in efficiency is high, the breakfast is rich, the surrounding transportation is convenient, the price is close to the people, it is very safe to live here on business trips, it is highly recommended."

Service: Check-in at the front desk was very fast, and the young lady was warm and thoughtful. Facilities: The only downside is that the facilities are old, but the breakfast is very rich and worth recommending!"

"It is estimated that it is the most cost-effective hotel in town. It is very convenient to go to the refinery. It is convenient to take a taxi when you go out. It is very close to the high-speed rail station. It is also convenient to eat. The most important thing is that the boss is very enthusiastic and sends us mountain spring water. It is recommended!"
