這家酒店屬於洛川最好的酒店，洛川畢竟除了蘋果沒有其他旅遊資源值得留宿。酒店硬件設施不錯，客房非常大。但軟件服務明顯跟不上，辦理入住一會兒找不到預訂訊息（來之前已經兩次電話確認），一會兒説含餐房衹含一份早餐。酒店自帶的餐廳服務也相當差，讓阿姨級服務員結賬，答應後就不見蹤影了。但酒店的餐飲質量還是不錯的，夜宵有免費麪條提供，酒店洛川蘋果隨便拿。

酒店性價比很高，服務也很周到，退房大廳接待李彤姑娘很熱情，值得超讚，還給我小孩拿幾個包裝禮盒蘋果，幾乎滿分的一次入住體驗，無論從位置，設施，服務細節，用心程度，都堪稱完美，值得收藏反覆入住

這家酒店超棒！一進門，前台小姐姐就特別熱情，房間乾淨，床軟乎乎的。最驚喜的是安排的果盤，夜裡還有夜宵吃。酒店的地理位置非常便利，而且交通也很方便，這對遊客來説非常方便，可以更好地探索這座城市

房間寬敞，兩張單人床都是1.3米，床墊和枕頭很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，花灑有大有小，水量大！前台服務員工作細緻熱情，溝通能力強！大廳和電梯口整齊擺放着瓶裝水，實現了瓶裝水自由！早點豐富多樣，人體所需的碳水蔬菜水果蛋白質全包含！酒店門口有停車場，酒店後面還有一個停車場，不用擔心找車位，距離高速路口不遠，酒店旁邊就是洛川民俗文化園，飯後可以散步至此，大堂很氣派，名副其實的高大上！與眾不同的是洗漱台上竟然有潔面霜，可謂是雪中送炭，解了我的燃眉之急，昨晚入住雅麗豪酒店準備洗漱時發現把洗面奶遺忘到上一家酒店了，正發愁怎麼辦時？眼睛一亮，洗漱台上有洗面奶哦，太開心了，輕鬆洗去一天奔波的灰塵，值得點贊！

服務:絕對沒得説，工作人員熱情，所到之處都是笑臉相迎，前台辦理的速度很快，該給介紹了當地特色小吃和合作的旅行社，服務都很好，絲毫沒踩坑，跑了一天回來後我的服務經理還給我安排了泡腳桶，舒緩了一天的疲憊
設施:面積很大，洗手間衞生間和淋浴間是分開的，超級喜歡這種設計，2米的大床在房間不擁擠，房間設施一應俱全，還有自助洗衣房，也很方便
衞生:打掃的很乾凈，房間進去看這也很整潔:上下午茶:種類很多，有當地特色，可以看出來這家酒店管理者的用心，絲毫沒有因為是免費提供的就嚇糊弄;
深夜一碗麪:口味不錯，個人覺得比一些網紅麪館做的好吃

説實話，酒店設施還是不錯，但是服務一言難盡，開房時前台服務員沒有歸還身份證，第二天10點我們離店仍然沒有告知於我，都不知道當時登記電話號碼有啥用，第二天返程回西安經過黃帝陵買門票時才發現身份證沒了，打電話到前台明確告訴我確實沒有歸還給我，然後讓我加酒店微信，加了後我留了電話地址但是一直沒有迴音，到家的第二天還沒人聯繫我，這裏給攜程處理售後的小姐姐點贊，反映後立馬聯繫酒店，酒店答應當天寄出並承擔快遞費用，結果我收到的仍然是到付件，真的是氣笑了，攜程小姐姐最後很無奈地告訴我，酒店一直在推脱責任，快遞費用攜程官方先墊付給我；我的天哪，這麼大的酒店，這個服務，真的要好好反思一下了。

第一，酒店後面得停車場距離距離大廳挺遠的，我們一家從新疆自駕，路過休息，很累，拖行李走好遠，後面的停車場也沒有入口指示。好在有充電樁。
第二，酒店房間很大，設施看上去還可以，但是衞生很差，大床上有血跡，衞生間的淋浴銹跡斑斑，下水道反味嚴重。我們是看着洛川最好的酒店來的……，實際體驗很一般。因為很累，就沒拍照。
第三，服務一般，辦理入住時前台服務人員，並不專注，就我們一家check in，但是我們等了十幾分鍾。
第四，因為看到房間內的設施衞生並不好，自己這一路也帶了消毒的，但是很累，就沒有用酒店的燒水壺，就想着退房時在前台接一些熱水，帶走繼續趕路……，沒想到，早上快九點了，前台竟然飲水機也是空的……。這個超出了我的認知……，前台兩位工作人員就在崗啊！！
我極少不給好評，但是這次給了中評……，加強服務和人員管理吧。
