房間寬敞明亮，整體環境好，早餐有麪條水餃牛奶和雜糧。工作人員都很熱情！雖然地方有點偏，但是和酒店工作人員講明後，以滴滴價格付費送我去了目的地，解了燃眉之急，感謝！

問題1-房間大小:
訂好的1.31的雙床，結果衹給了1.2的，最終平台交涉結果，平台給了補償。酒店狡辯説是床的佔地面積，其實佔地面積也衹有1.2，實屬強行狡辯了。因為清明假期滿房了，也沒法給我換。
因為帶兩個孩子出行，通常我訂房都是選擇1.35的雙床。
問題2-沒有主動打掃，説是因為不主動説，續住的就不打掃。那也應該進去換一下紙巾用品礦泉水毛巾啥的吧，反正沒有主動。回房間後打電話前台，讓打掃説好的。等到了晚上再回房間，發現還是沒有打掃，前台解釋是因為看到我們那個點房間有人，我的天我們特意打了電話，兩分鐘全都走了，阿姨看到我們出門的，這就又不打掃了？！不太理解。
問題3-這麼好的設施，早餐敷衍的一塌糊塗，通知是8-9點吃早餐，8.40到就幾乎沒了，非常糟糕的體驗，而且很單一，一點鹹菜和麪條。麪條也沒了。浪費了這麼好的餐廳。
問題4-前台帶客人去房間的時候，中途會讓廚師等來頂替前台，非常粗魯講話帶臟字。
優勢的地方也很明顯，硬件設施很好，整個自然環境特別棒，房型外觀也很有審美，徽派建築的美感體驗很棒。晚上睡覺也安靜，床品等也OK。晚上很美白天也很美，真心希望服務跟上做好溝通和改善，第一晚就能到了煙花，非常幸運。

我家在槐林 這附近算好的酒店了
環境不錯但是性價比真的不高
早餐8-9點 時間短 菜品據説也很少 我早上出門早 也沒吃到
健身房都沒有
300多的價格不值 這價格我的話會偏向碧桂園或者巢湖飯店
主要酒店前台不是一直都有人 你敢想早上快七點，他鎖着門？

位置就在縣道邊很好找，打開車門就是秋天🍂的桂花香✌️手續辦理很快順利入住房間也是一樣的大寬敞乾淨，我帶着嘟嘟不方便進餐廳就點了幾個菜送到了房間味道不錯。允許攜帶大型犬入住但是要注意‼️不能進餐廳室外溜達牽好繩子不打擾到其他客人，做主人的一定要承擔起自己的責任哦✌️

環境優美，前台人員服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，床品軟乎乎睡得超級香，隔音和設施都很給力，住的很舒服。雖然這兩天下雨，天灰濛濛的，但也阻擋不了它的環境優美。中午在這裏用餐，菜非常好吃，份量也很足，服務員貼心，吃起來又滿足又舒心。全程體驗感拉滿，下次來還選這家！

從外地回老家探親，第一次在家門口住環境這麼好的酒店，進酒店感覺特別地親切，像回家的感覺。環境好，服務很熱情，衞生很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，沒有因為客人少做的敷衍，小姐姐説客人多是自助早餐，客人少是分餐形式，這種模式挺好的。房間裏很温馨，很安靜，一覺睡到自然醒，吃個早餐，散散步，不像其他酒店那麼擁擠，真心不錯。其實對老家的環境並沒有抱太大希望，完全出乎意外，價格也非常親民，會推薦更多朋友過來。
