We stayed at the B5 hotel for one night during a weekend trip. The hotel is absolutely perfect, very friendly staff, beautiful and stylish rooms. The location is great too. Just a 3 minutes walt from the train station. The breakfast was pretty good, it could be a little more comprehensive. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The very contemporary style is worth highlighting (raw concrete) as well as the technological level (digital key on smartphone) and the excellent location a stone's throw from the train station and the historic center of Lugano. However, it is worth highlighting the lack of equipment and storage in the room where space was lacking. It is an ideal room for one night for one person but not for a stay of several days (there are however larger rooms in the hotel so remember to choose carefully). The portions served at breakfast are more like a dinette than a breakfast. The quality/price ratio needs to be improved.

A great boutique hotel in a great location—just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the city center. The hotel is artfully decorated, very well-maintained, and exudes a pleasant atmosphere. The excellent breakfast is particularly noteworthy—fresh, varied, and lovingly presented. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return!
