This hotel is recommended by a friend. It is small but cozy. It is next to the Lucca city wall, which is convenient for travel. The people in the hotel are very nice and the overall feeling is very good!

Sehr schönes Hotel, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt von Lucca entfernt - die Mauer kann man vom Hotel aus direkt sehen, ist nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, alles sauber, Frühstück vielfältig. Es gibt eine Terrasse auf der man den Tag noch schön ausklingen lassen kann. Man kann sich von der Bar die Getränke mit hoch nehmen. Was uns sehr begeistert hat: Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern und man kann sich kostenlos(!!) Fahrräder ausleihen, so lange und so oft man möchte.

The staff couldn’t do enough. The rooms were comfortable but have to say the shower was tiny and you had to manoeuvre in and out carefully.one thing I loved was the great shelf space in the bathroom-I wished more hotels would take note. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and had been before so it was fun to reminisce, although I don’t think there’s been any upgrades since the last time we were there🤷♀️ The staff were lovely and always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate and we used the bikes to go for a ride around the walls of Lucca. I think for what we paid,it was worth it but don’t expect luxury.

Il sorriso, la professionalità e la disponibilità del personale sono il biglietto da visita appena si varca l'ingresso di questo piccolo hotel, situato ad un crocevia non lontano da una delle porte di accesso alla città di Lucca: Porta Elisa. Ampio parcheggio, noleggio biciclette, Spa, ristorante, piccola colazione a buffet, american bar e terrazza arricchiscono la scelta dell'hotel Celide. Camera singola piccola ma dotata di quasi tutti i comfort: letto alla francese, minibar, tv, bollitore, bagno cieco, walk-in shower, linea di cortesia, phon, ciabattine, aria condizionata e zanzariera; molto scomode le prese elettriche poste entrambe sotto ai comodini a livello battiscopa, ricaricare il cellulare ha richiesto spiacevoli esercizi ginnici.

Albergo situato in un contento invidiabile, all'interno di una villetta in stile liberty che sorge proprio davanti alle mura. Ottima accoglienza alla reception con personale disponibile e professionale. La presenza di un parcheggio privato lo rende comodissimo, specialmente sotto il Summer Festival. La nostra camera, la numero 78, avrebbe bisogno di un lieve restyling. Promuovo a pieni voti invece il bagno. Colazione povera in quantità e qualità, meglio prendere una tariffa con colazione esclusa. Non ho usufruito della SPA che offre trattamenti a prezzi molto onesti. Ricorderò quest'indirizzo per i prossimi soggiorni lucchesi.

He viajado en múltiples ocasiones a Lucca por trabajo pero esta vez quise viajar en familia para visitar la ciudad y alrededores. El hotel tiene buena ubicación y la habitación está muy limpias, pero en nuestro caso y dado que solicitamos una cuna para el bebé, realmente fue muy pequeña, apenas podías moverte. El desayuno es tipo buffet y es correcto, debo destacar la amabilidad de la camarera que nos ayudó cada día montando una trona para el bebe y nos calentó la leche y lo que hizo falta. Como inconveniente, pero he visto que es algo bastante general en Italia, es que no hay persianas y las cortinas tapan poco la luz, por lo que a primera hora de la mañana no hay quien pueda dormir.

L’albergo è in ottima posizione appena fuori dalle mura (porta Elisa) e dispone di ampio parcheggio. Il personale è disponibile, non abbiamo usufruito della spa, la stanza mi è sembrata molto pulita. Purtroppo il ristorante di fianco è chiuso la domenica sera (!) e anche gli altri giorni non abbiamo trovato posto, ma comunque è un’altra gestione quindi nulla da dire. Le camere sono abbastanza piccole e avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata (arredi vecchi, bagno senza ventola, mobili sbeccati e cassaforte piccola). La chiave non è magnetica ma bisogna portarsi un portachiavi non molto comodo. Una cosa non molto carina è la nota che il frigobar è solo per i prodotti (a pagamento) dell’albergo.

In ottima posizione, appena fuori dalle mura, ingresso Porta Elisa, in questa struttura abbiamo riscontrato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, la cura, e la pulizia. Avevamo una camera piccola, con un letto abbastanza corto, ma completa nelle dotazioni, nei comfort, e perfetta nella pulizia. Graditissima la possibilità inclusa nel prezzo di poter noleggiare le biciclette, e di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. Ottima la colazione e piacevole e rilassante il percorso benessere alla spa. Se torneremo a Lucca alloggeremo sicuramente qui.
