Accommodation facilities acceptable but reception asked us to move two single beds to form a double bed even though room set out didn’t quite fit. Limited information provided on check in but did provide a kettle on request.

Super Hotel leider für mich etwas zu abgelegen in die City kommt man nur mit dem Auto oder dem Bus. Bin Gebehindert.

Dejligt hotel, og fin service, venligt personale, men afstanden til centrum var længere end jeg var klar over. Pga. vejarbejde og vejspærringe,r var det møjsommeligt at besøge byen, og et par buschauffører, som absolut ikke var behjælpelige, gjorde det ikke nemmere.

Service Null. Wir "mussten" bein Einchecken warten, bis die Serviceperson ein langatmiges Telefonat beendet hat, augenschenlich noch nicht einmal geschäftlich. Zimmer mittelmäßig "knüsselig" z.B. lange Haare im Bad. Housekeeping nur auf Nachfrage mit langem Meldeprozess. Parkplatz durch Bus weitestgehend blockiert. Lage in sozialem Randgebiet. Zwei Nächte waren schon zu viel Preissprung wegen Travemünder Segelwoche.

Sehr große und gepflegte Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung, mit Mikrowelle und zwei Kochplatten im Zimmer, die Lage ist etwas außerhalb (ca. 45min zu Fuß vom Zentrum) aber sehr ruhig, ein großer Pluspunkt ist der öffentliche Parkplatz direkt gegenüber.

Ich war für zwei Nächte mit meinem Hund im Tryp Hotel.
Freundlicher, problemloser Check-In, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für die Hotelkategorie vollkommen in Ordnung eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem, im Bad hat alles funktioniert, Fernseher lief ohne Probleme mit super Programmen. Auch das Frühstück ließ für mich keine Wünsche offen - Brot, Brötchen und anderes Gebäck, Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Kakao, Säfte, diverse Wurst- und Käsesorten, Marmeladen, Honig, usw., Cerealien, Müsli, Joghurt, Rührei, Bacon, Würstchen...
Der Hund durfte in den direkten Frühstücksraum nicht mit rein, da offenes Buffet, aber es gab noch einen Nebenraum wo er mit durfte oder bei schönem Wetter auf die Terrasse, welche direkt an den Früstücksraum angrenzt.
Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel kostenlos gelegen.
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich mal wieder in Lübeck bin.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Teppich im Flurbereich des Hotels auf der 2. Etage wurde 4 Tage lang nicht gesaugt. Dadurch das nicht täglich gereinigt wird, sehen die Fliesenfugen schmutzig aus. Die Fliessen sind matt vom Kalk. Alles in allem ganz schön abgerockt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eigentlich alles da, was zum Frühstück gehört. Servicepersonal dort auch sehr freundlich. Rezeption sehr von deren Tagesform abhängig. Hotel liegt außerhalb der Lübecker City ist aber mit 3 Buslinien immer gut zu erreichen.
