Beautiful property, comfy rooms, ability to relax on open air patio with good drinks. Breakfast had LOTS of choices and various juices for mimosas. Dinner choices were good only wish we’d had the opportunity to try the steakhouse and the Resetve. Due to a family emergency that required to cut our trip super short we weren’t able to utilize everything. Being we had to leave early, I can say the staff, Manager Rosa Marie was a godsend! She was so accommodating to ensure we had zero issues with early checkout and held our room in the event we had issues at the airport. We’ve already booked our return and are super excited to thank the staff in person upon our return.

This all-inclusive hotel was fabulous ! It exceeded all our expectations! We were in the Reserve section of the hotel and felt like royalty! Roberto was our concierge and his exceptional service brought everything over the top. The amenities and restaurants were amazing. Every staff member made you feel special!!

We went there for a week away from kids and alarm clocks. We did upgrade to The Reserve and it was worth it for the food and high end drinks. For the most part the food was great. They had many different options and with the reserve we could book reservations each night. Our first room which was supposed to be “ocean front” gave us a lovely view of a concrete wall. When we called the front desk we were eventually moved to a room with an ocean view. The service was good with the occasional blip but there were only a handful of those. The resort and pools were really clean. One thing that we did like was that the cabanas were no additional charge. All you have to do is book it the night before. Overall we loved our vacation there and are planning to go back.

This was our second stay at Paradisus and it was just as incredible as we remembered! We stayed in The Reserve again—peaceful, adults-only, and perfect for relaxing. Our concierge, Roberto, was fantastic and made everything seamless. The food was just right for us—breakfast at Malva and poolside lunches from Agua Marina were fresh and satisfying. We appreciate that this resort doesn’t have endless all-day buffets that feel so wasteful. However, you can always order something good to eat and the nearly 24-hour ice cream and coffee shop was a treat! Already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing experience. Great hotel with incredible service. Food was great and staff went the extra mile. Had 15 in our party and they accommodated us every step of the way. Our concierge Juventino took great care of us and made it a point to meet us face to face everyday at the pool as well as check in via text. Location was also a major plus with the swimmable beach. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Very disappointed in management & how they treat their guests. We arrived April 5. We were never told that there would be a very large group arriving with kids during our stay. This is supposed to be an adults only resort. We were limited with service and restaurants that were available to us as well as pools and areas of the resort we could go to. We spoke with several people from the resort including management and told them of our frustration with the lack of availability and services. We were told we would be getting a refund of our all inclusive fees and three weeks later we have seen nothing for a refund nor have we been able to talk to anyone at the resort. Very frustrating and not what a person expects from a supposed luxury resort. Such a disappointing experience. Since we had such limited access to restaurants it is hard to say if they were good. The restaurants we did have access to served only buffet food and no menu to order from like their website showed. The beach was nice. The room was small. We were supposed to have a one bedroom but it was the size of a standard hotel room and by no means a one bedroom. Overall very disappointed in this resort. We will not be back
