We LOVED our first stay at a Riu resort! Everyone on the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The accommodations were gorgeous, and the grounds were immaculate. We also really enjoyed the food and entertainment.

This hotel was amazing. It’s in a beautiful location. The staff were so friendly. The food was amazing and so were the drinks. The hotel was very clean. Our room was cleaned at least twice a day.

Thanks to the amazing staff at the Riu Palace in Cabo San Lucas, my husband and I were able to have a fantastic and restful honeymoon. 7 days in paradise. Everything was beautiful, clean, the food was so good and the entertainment staff were so much fun! We can't wait to be back!

Aunque el personal de la recepción que nos atendió fue muy despista y desatento todo lo demás fue muy bueno yo había estado en RIU Santa Fe, pero RIU PALACE es una mejor opción, me pareció de maravilla una felicitación a todo su personal amable y con mucha disposición, excepto la persona de recepción que me tocó que me atendiera a mí

Overall the property was good. However, the rooms are extremely outdated and should be upgraded. Upon arrival the sheets had a few stains and hair in the bed. Once we received new fresh linen it was better.

We had a great time at the RIU Palace! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the pools are amazing. We loved the adult only pools with the swim up bars. The buffets had lots of options for food and the restaurants were great. The alcohol was obviously watered down and while our room was fine we paid for ocean view and got partial view. You do get access to the other RIU hotels that are next door but we preferred being at our hotel.
