Everyone was attentive to our needs throughout our two week stay. The resort is well maintained. A special shoutout to Eduardo Cortez in the lounge and at the poolside. We also had Jorge the lobby manager personally make us our preferred margaritas just the way we like them. The Italian restaurant food could be improved as it was our only disappointment.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. We made a reservation (me and my mom) for a wedding party. I asked specifically for a room with 2 beds. The hotel did not respect this preference and the only solution was to downgrade us to a room with no view even though we paid more. This hotel has no service. Nobody knows what they are doing. Very disappointing, 2 star hotel service.

very rapid, friendly registration. rooms very clean and plenty of storage space. many amenities to choose, and many restaurants. two huge pools. right on the beach. transportation to anywhere called in minutes by hotel (reasonable fee) makes it easy to go to other places.

Beautiful resort! Love how there are so many pools. Wish it was an adult only though. Rooms needed more pillows, bigger gym for the resort size, and food was just ok. Breakfast was my favorite (it was buffet style).

The food was varied and delicious, the bars served fantastic drinks, and we especially loved the swim-up bars! The room was beautifully cleaned daily. Most importantly, I fell in love with your staff! They worked so hard and so quickly to make sure we had a wonderful time there. I hope they are well compensated for their untiring efforts. They were all lovely people!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the RIU Palace in Cabo San Lucas, and wow—what a vibe. This resort nails the balance between laid-back luxury and vibrant energy. The food was a foodie’s dream: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with cocktails that kept the good times flowing. The atmosphere? Pure relaxation for grown folks who appreciate elegance without pretense. Whether lounging poolside or enjoying a delicious meal at the steakhouse, it felt like the perfect escape. Excursions were next-level: the smooth jazz sunset cruise was a soulful, scenic delight, and the eMTB ride through the desert and along the beaches of La Paz was both exhilarating and breathtaking. Highly recommend for anyone craving a mix of indulgence, adventure, and authentic Baja magic.

Very nice resort for the value. Location is great if you like to walk the beach. Having access to 2 other hotels would be great for families. The Palace is nice and quiet with a good vibe.

Check in at 3pm, we arrived at 12pm, we got told our room wouldn't be ready until 3, however, while we waited we still had the all inclusive access to the bars, restaurants, etc. Servers were excellent! Very attentive to anything we needed! The buffet was more than adequate. They serve anything you can think of. Rooms were clean everyday and left spotless. The whole resort is very well maintained! We will definitely be coming here again!
