Great food, location, bar service. Walking distance to downtown and one of only a few hotels where the tide is calm enough to be able to safely swim. Went during spring break so very busy but even so lines were manageable and staff worked hard to please.

We spent 5 wonderful days in a two-bedroom condo with grandparents and our two little boys (ages 3 and 4), and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The beachside restaurants served spectacular meals, each offering kid-friendly options, and the staff was consistently attentive and accommodating. The nightly shows were the highlight for our boys—absolutely magical and engaging from start to finish. The activity team and performers were not only incredibly talented, but also so kind, even taking the time to let our boys take photos with them after the show. This resort truly made our family feel welcome, and we left with great memories. We loved it and will definitely be back

We just returned on Sunday March 31st. What a great trip. The New improvements to the Show area is perfect. The rooms and dining areas very clean and well kept. The Shows and Show dancers were fantastic. I would like to thank the entertainment staff for all their hard work and Dancing. I want to name a few, Chole, Alana,Rodo, Valeria, and Franshesea. I’m sure I missed some but they were all great. Our pool attendants Antonio was always there taking care of our needs. Our drink server Oscar was perfect. Bell staff Luis, Armando were there to assist coming and going with our luggage, and our taxi needs to the marina. It’s was one of our best vacations from the room, to Food, and entertainment. A special thanks to Chole and Alana who have made our week stay memorable.

Nayeli was super helpful and accommodating. She helped me and my daughter so much! Thank you so much Nayeli She is an amazing hostess, very friendly and caring. She was working the adult pool and bar and was great on every encounter. She looked after my teenage daughter and made sure everything was great!

#2301 Estancia. The Villa is even better than the pictures! Beautiful views from the balcony and extremely spacious! Great location about a 30 minute walk to the marina and near the Walmart and Costco. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to cook our own breakfast and lunches for a family of six using the spacious kitchen, and having laundry in the room Was wonderful! We rented a vehicle for the week that we were there and valet was quick, fast, and efficient to have our vehicle ready for us when we called down. Truly a wonderful experience and we plan on coming back!

No bueno. This place is a scam. I have to say the worst place I have stayed ever. The people were awful. Poor management, WiFi ******, I have never been treated so poorly. The waiter in the Italian restaurant was awful. The all inclusive process to even get a bottle of water was poor. We were ignored at the taco bar. Just do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else. The pickleball racquet’s weee cheap. Everything about this place is cheap except the price.
