We stayed in the villas and had a wonderful experience. Clemente was our butler and he did a fabulous job. He made sure we always had what we needed and was very prompt anytime we needed anything. I would not recommend the private dining, definitely not worth it but outside of that, we had such a great experience.

everything was wonderful. Our experience was made even better by the services of our concierge Clemente. He insured everything was just right, from trying to fix our coffee pot to setting up all our reservations for the week. Clemente has been our concierge twice and has never failed to disappoint. Alejandro at the front desk was also a great help. He welcomed us with the perfect margarita and called or texted daily to check on us. Both Clemente and Alejandro are wonderful sight when we first get to the resort as they have always made us feel like we are “home” in Cabo again!

While we have often stayed at Hacienda Encantada, this was our first stay at the Residences. We loved the privacy the home gave us while still having access to the resort facilities. It was a five-star experience across the board. The home was gorgeous and well equipped. Having dedicated housekeeping, butler, and pool staff meant that all our needs were met in a timely fashion.

Clemente was our Butler/Con·cierge! His service and dedication to having our stay be perfect was not only impressive but perfection! Our stay was magical! Everything was smooth because of his help. He went above and beyond for us from arranging private transportation when we missed the shuttle to Cabo San Lucas, dinner reservations, activities, private chef in our villa, golf cart rides from all the pools and restaurants, help with being locked out of our place and even coming to check on us making sure we had all we needed. He needs a raise!! Also Marco too! He drove us several times to and fro and was amazing! Thank you both for all your hard work and dedication to making our stay amazing!

We enjoyed another exceptional stay at Hacienda Encantada, and we again stayed in the 3-bedroom villa with its own private pool and beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez which we highly recommend. What always makes our stay so special is the service. Daniel Moralas was our Butler again and he took care of us like we were his family. He went way beyond making sure everything was perfect for us...from pictures of margaritas to exceptional private dinners in villas, to hiring a mariachi band, to setting up our Marlin fishing trip. We have not experienced this level of service and caring from any other resort in Cabo. Thank you, Daniel! The housekeeping was immaculate, and we have to give a big shout out to Marco, which most times, was our cart driver around the resort (the residents is about a 3–5-minute drive to the heart of the resort from their residences area). Last but not least, Giselle Montoya helped us with the best reservations and resort offered discounts which made a big difference in ensuring a perfect and affordable vacation. One of the most luxurious resorts in Cabo at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Giselle. Finally, we went deep sea fishing with Picante Sportfishing. They are one of the premier fishing charters in Cabo...great 45-foot Cabo Express boat, very knowledgeable captain and crew. We scored with 2 Marlin... lots of fun and great time. We will be back soon.!

Our concierge Daniel Morales was awesome. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. He helped us out with a medical issue on his day off. Anything we needed he was on it. He always had a smile on his face, very respectful, and willing to accommodate us with anything we needed.

Great Hotel and all of the people working with the guests are great, but guest services support is horrible. Help with the contacts people and billing issues is non existant.

Wow! What an experience. We are residence owners of a 2 bedroom. We were upgraded and could not ask for better accommodations. Staff always goes above and beyond. Paul and Dayane went even further if that is possible. Highly recommend Hacienda Encantada for all cabo san lucas vacation needs.

Let me preface this review by saying the resort surroundings are magnificent. The staff is top-notch, some of the best I've met, and the food I tried was excellent! Unfortunately, on the last day, prior to leaving, I had a bad fall on extremely slippery tile right alongside the "adult" pool and sustained a fractured shoulder. We, my friends and I were told that hotel management would not consider reimbursement for emergency services after the hotel insurer reviewed the hotel video and determined I was not wearing shoes. There isn't a sign posted that states some type of footwear must be worn. When we mentioned to management that we, on various other days had witnessed at least 3 other slips and a fall (thankfully to my knowledge didn't result in serious injury) we were told that slips and falls have not been complaints. We learned after the conversation with management, by 2 other guests not in our group, that they had also witnessed a fall during their stay. The day to day staff at this resort is very attentive and goes along way to provide excellent customer service. It'd be my request that upper management work with their insurance provider to provide the same degree of satisfaction
