We had our first stay at The Resisdences that included our own private butler, Monserrat. She took care of every need we had over our 2 weeks at the resort. This was our first time having a butler. She was on top of all our needs and suggested many things to us that enhanced our stay. We look forward to returning to the Residences and having our butler Monserrat again!

What made this special was all of attention we received from Guillermo. He scheduled out all of our restaurant reservations, gave us daily check-ins, provided us the the menus. Guillermo is remarkably focused on making guests feel special and cared for.

We’ve owned at this resort since its inception in 2008 and upgraded to larger villas over the years. We have always had a wonderful time during our visits and this time was no different. The service staff are wonderful, including housekeeping, pool bar attendants, and especially our personal butler, Daniel “Danny” Morales. We did have several villa maintenance and repair issues and he coordinated everything for us beautifully the two weeks we were there. The villas have stunning views of the ocean and The Arch. We are in Phase 3, and the villas are definitely showing some wear and tear and were a bit “tired”. The sales staff will tell you that the villas are updated every few years, but we did not find this to be the case. That said, it doesn’t take away from the gorgeous location of the resort, the incredible views, and the beautiful infinity pools throughout the resort.

Sadly we had to return home after two wonderful weeks at Hacienda Encantada in Cabo. We had the pleasure of staying in a one level three bedroom villa with our own pool and beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. We had the privilege and luxury of having our own butler, Monse, whom we have had twice each year for four years. Monse was very attentive to our needs and desires, making dinner reservations, texting or stopping by daily to see if we needed anything, and responding immediately when we texted, whether it was for a cart or something we needed in our villa. And a couple of years ago, she also introduced us to Agricole and the best strawberry cremes in Mexico. We couldn’t have had a better two weeks anywhere else.

We were celebrating honeymoons, anniversaries and birthdays on this trip. It was amazing!!! Highly recommend. We stayed at the Residences and I cant describe how perfect it all was. Spoiled by amazing food and private residence with assets to all resort amenities. Guillermo was our conceige and helped us plan all Cabo had to offer according to our preferences!

We have just returned from a stay at the Residences and it was nothing short of fabulous! A huge thankyou to Estefania Aviles who made this upgrade possible for us and it totally transformed our holiday! From the moment we arrived , the staff were amazing . They were all so attentive , caring, smiley and happy and everyone we crossed paths with spoke English which was a bonus for us given our lack of Spanish! The actual 3 bedroom villa was just beautiful in every way, so thoughtfully laid out and a perfect retreat for a large family of 6. We ate in the restaurants for every meal and Luis the Manager in the restaurant by the rooftop pool, was incredible preparing his chefs to create vegan meals for me and make mealtimes something we all really looked forward to. We really can’t say anything negative about our whole stay ! Daniel ‘our butler’ was so much fun, we really had such a giggle with him every day. He was a lovely person , always smiling and raring to go with ‘my team’ of men! We would be have changed anything at all about the week, the staff , the pools , the villa and the food ….absolutely wonderful
