Daniel was our Butler and we had the best time because of him! He took care of everything from dinner reservations and making sure there was always a cart to pick us up, Hacienda Encantada is a large resort. Cecilia kept our room clean and even turned down our bed each night!

The property is first class and the staff is even better. Everything from the check-in to bellhops and especially Clemente our Butler were always inquiring on how they could take care of us and meet our needs. A lot of dining options on property, and the amenities along with the Spa our first class.

My second time visiting this year and it is amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and welcomed. The food at every restaurant was so tasty and different. Guillermo was OUTSTANDING! can’t wait to come back next year.

The staff and housekeeping are extremely attentive. Anything you need, they will happily provide! And they check in often. We have been staying at hacienda since 2008 and became time shares owners that year. We have never looked back! And the staff makes the experience for us.

Our recent trip to the Residences at Hacienda Encantada in a 3 bedroom private villa was truly amazing! For a family with 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant we couldn't have been happier. The villa was beautiful and luxurious with a private pool, hot tub, and several more amenities to provide a relaxing retreat with more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. All the staff were so kind and housekeeping was top notch! It's hard enough to keep a big group organized and she did it with grace and expertise. Everything was so convenient and our butler Clemente was especially great; he went out of his way to assure all of our needs were met. He helped plan transportation, restaurant reservations, and addressed a variety of smaller needs on the resort throughout our stay. He always had a smile and was super great with the "littles". We appreciated his help so much to make our stay wonderful. We are already booked for next year.

My husband and I were part of a large group that stayed in (4) of the Villas. Daniel was our butler and he was amazing! He responded to each of our requests immediately and took such good care of us….and always with a huge smile on his face! The house keeping staff and pool attendants were also very attentive and always eager to help with anything we needed. Daniel made our trip fun, memorable and easy! Highly recommend this resort and their attentive staff!

We have been going to Hacienda Encantada for several years with our family and friends. We always look forward to seeing the staff and people that we’ve seen in previous years that come the same time we do. I want to comment on Guillermo our Butler who is amazing. When we arrive, he’s always there to greet us and check us in. He shows up every day with a smile on his face to see how we are doing and if there’s anything that we need. We so appreciate him in every way. We always look forward to seeing him each year. Thank you, Guillermo for taking care of us when we’re there with our family and friends and everything that you do for us. See you next year ❤️
