The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

We stayed at the Residences checking in on 02/15/2025 for 1 week and stayed in Residence 2519. (2 Story - 3 Bedroom) This was our third stay at Hacienda Encantada and our second stay in the Residences. We had an absolutely lovely time. The Residences are still wonderful. There is nothing compared to the wonderful amount of space you get in a 3 bedroom residence and the wall of windows that open up from the living room to the patio with a distant view of the water. It is simply wonderful. Our Butler, Monsi was exactly what we needed. She checked in with us every day (when we were home) and if not in person, by text. She got us golf carts, shuttle tickets to the marina, made restaurant reservations, called maintenance for a few minor issues and so much more! She was incredibly helpful, polite and kind. We even had a visit from our butler from two years ago, Paul. He stopped by for a 30 minute visit, and I am so glad to see him still with the company as well! We also had a wonderful housekeeper, Jacqueline. She serviced our residence each and every day and was also simply wonderful. We love the Residences, because of the private pool and jacuzzi. The pool people were out looking and servicing the pool every day, the gardners were watering the plants every day. It was just like we remember it. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy, the kitchen was sufficient and having laundry was nice. We had the upstairs King bedroom, and I absolutely adore the outdoor shower! As far as the rest of the property, it is also wonderful. We used the pools at Phase 3, or the Vista rooftop, when we were not using our private pool. It is busy season right now, so as long as you are at Phase 3 or Vista by 9am, you are pretty likely to snag a good spot. Getting anything at Phase 1 though is impossible, if you are not up by 6:30am. We did the All-Inclusive for 3 days and we ate at Los Deseos, La Trinajera and Los Riscos, as well as Las Marias each morning. We loved most of the food we had, and found the service to be wonderful. All in all, another fantastic stay. Everyone was helpful, including the always friendly golf cart drivers. I can't wait to return again in 2027.

Daniel, was are butler and was an exceptional addition to the experience. He was always there for us and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He was able to give us his list of favorite restaurants in town and none were a disappointment.

We had a lovely house keeper, Pilar that was so sweet to have take care of the house during our stay. She was so thorough, cleaned and made everything sparkle. In addition, she was friendly and kind. Highly recommend her services and loved her disposition. We also so appreciated Monse. Also could not of appreciated enough the help and work that Monse did for us during our stay. Just fabulous staff. We appreciated it.

Glad to have a choice in pillows since otherwise my neck gets sore. Had great choices. Our welcome gift was great for the three of us but one was allergic to shrimp. The second week welcome gift was not shrimp since they remembered the allergy and gave us seared tuna appetizer instead. Very thoughtful and delicious. Our needs were met with a simple phone call and pleasant smile.

Fantastic place. We stayed in the residences which was an awesome option for a young family like ours - access to the whole resort but a private pool & kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every day. Staff is great (Daniel is the best butler & caesar in the gym is awesome). Highly recommend!

The resort was spectacular! The view from our apartment was to die for. We had excellent service in and around the resort from every restaurant and from staff. The pools were always clean and put together. The restaurants were delicious and very nice.
