Great food from the grill restaurant. Had buffet the other night with magic show, but the food was below standard.

The hotel is beautiful and the entire staff exceptional… a big shout out to our poolside waitress Ofelia Marlon. She was very gracious and polite and made our vacation very memorable. We will definitely return to Encantada . It was my husbands 80th birthday and the hotel staff went out of their way to schedule dinner and room decorations.

We had an amazing time at his beautiful resort! Our waiter, Juan de Dios, truly made this trip unforgettable! He was extremely attentive, kind, and made sure we were very well taken care of. The resort is beautiful and there are a lot of pool options which is nice.

The absolute best service at the pool by Edwin!! He made sure that we were cared for as if we were royalty. Never had to ask for a drink! Delivered top tier service not just to my group but to everyone that was around us as well. Always a smile and always super polite. Having been in the service industry myself for decades, Edwin would be someone that I’d hire and make sure he stayed. Great job, Eddie!! We love you. The maid service provided to us by Antonia was perfect. The beds were always made and left with something special, bathrooms were cleaned as were the living and kitchen areas. She took her time and was thorough, leaving the place smelling great when she was done.

This place is amazing. We loved every minute of being here especially the adult only pool! Juan de Dios was our waiter and he was THE BEST! Always had another drink ready for us, found us lounge chairs when the place was packed and was awesome to go chasing us around from every pool! Highly recommend coming here!

Juan de Dios was our favorite employee on the resort! He was helpful and very friendly. He even helped a member of our party find their lost items when others were not paying attention. His focus on details and positive attitude made the day great!

Juan Ramone, Juan de Dios and Edwing Ramirez took amazing care of us and treated us like kings and queens by the phase 1 pool! Their attentiveness was second to none! They were by to check on us frequently but not so often that it became bothersome. They were in a word “ perfecto”!!

Juan De Dios made our days! We loved coming down to the pool to see him. So friendly and personable! He knew all of our names and drinks by the end of the week. Made us all feel so special and at home. Everything in the rooms was also top notch and couldn’t of been happier

El Patio swim up bar with Juan Ramon and Vladimir is top notch way to spend the day. Always ready to serve with a smile and help what ever your needs will be. Our favorite pool by the ocean and amazing staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
