Booked with confidence as a platinum and vacation club member. Checked bags, went to beach, walk from beach to lobby i encountered 3 cockroaches. Almost canceled, asked for high floor, told it is rainy season which is why there are bugs (this is the end of my 30 day stay in the area, 1st time seeing bugs). No one seemed to care, escort me to the room to look around, nothing. When putting groceries away, killed small bug inside the kitchen cabinets. Called, asked for large trash bags to store my luggage in, advised of bug issue. 3 hour later someone called to inspect the unit. Then said they'd be back to spray. 3 days later went to my owner's meeting. When asked about stay, explained the situation. If someone would have at least apologized or reached out, but nothing. Rep said management would contact me...again nothing. Trust the previous reviews-nice property, poor management.

Went there for my 65th birthday and my experience was AWESOME!! Got a massage through Andreas who was an AWESOME salesman!! He had the best personality and he arranged for the staff to sing Happy Birthday to me!!! My birthday experience was amazing and the rooms were wonderful!!!

We had a truly memorable and relaxing stay at the Westin Los Cabos Resort and Spa. Our 2-bedroom ocean view suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and incredibly useful for preparing meals and snacks throughout our stay. One unexpected highlight was having a washer and dryer in the unit. We used the dryer often to keep towels and swimsuits fresh and ready for pool time—super convenient! The pools were the centerpiece of our stay. The main infinity pool was beautiful and lively, with fun activities going on throughout the day. We especially appreciated the exclusive owner’s-only infinity pool for a quieter, more peaceful experience. There were always plenty of loungers and places to relax, so we never had to worry about finding a spot. Dining at the resort’s restaurants was a treat. The food and drinks were excellent, and the ocean views from the dining areas made every meal feel special. We also enjoyed a massage at the resort’s spa—it was absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced. A perfect way to unwind even further! Overall, this was a pleasant and memorable stay. We spent most of our time enjoying the pools and relaxing, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend!

I thought I would write this review even though it has only been 2 nights out of the week stay. The reason being is it has been awful. 1. Check-in: this resort was booked via interval international, when booking interval international, the room selected was a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 privately. When I was provided the room it was configured to sleep only 4 privately. This is a challenge when traveling with elderly family and very young children, especially at night when someone needs to go to the bathroom they have to walk through another room where someone is sleeping them and can wake that person. In our case waking our children. When explaining the issue the front desk told me the room I am is the correct room. I escalated to interval, and interval ultimately is also not resolving the issue. Ultimately I have been bait and switched, and neither Westin or Interval are doing anything at this point. Interval keeps telling me to wait and stay where I am. 2. It is Memorial Day today and we had the pleasure of waking up to a large COCKROACH this morning in our room. Near where my daughter is sleeping. Makes me question now where the rest of them are hiding. 3. Smoke free resort- I have to sign a disclosure acknowledging this is a smoke free resort, meanwhile there are a ton of cigarette and some cigars ends right outside the patio. Why is that not cleaned up? 4. Small room preparation issues - The room key reader died and we sat waiting at night for about 20 minutes outside our room waiting for someone to get us in. Fun experience with 2 kids and hot humid weather around 9 pm at night. Also when showering for the first time it looks like house keeping had the shower wand set on and it was pointing right at me, so I was surprised with a nice shot to the face of ice cold water when turning the shower for the first time. 5. My family and I have been going to Marriott properties since as early as I can remember and I have been taking my young family as well. We are Marriott vacation club owners as well. The lack of customer service in all ends of the companies involved which are all owned by Marriott has been awful. I have never been this appalled. In closing , customer service is lacking, bait and switch is real here, cockroaches will be your roommates, and loyalty means nothing. At this point I would not recommend staying here.
