Montage Los Cabos

The location for the Montage is perfect for a beach escape. The beach is probably the best and most beautiful in the Cabo area. It is well protected and great for snorkeling. Most of the rooms have a partial ocean view. The service was excellent - clearly good training of the staff. Only issue I had was that you could not order “water” in any of the dining venues without being charged for water! Water was about $ 14 including the 15% service fee and 16% VAT. Water should be free at a 5 star resort

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Montage Los Cabos! The property is stunning, perfectly maintained, and offers a truly relaxing luxury experience! We had an ocean front room and it was beautiful with breathtaking views, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. What really made our stay exceptional were the two wonderful ladies, Mylena and Perla from the guest services. They assisted us throughout the stay from arranging activities and restaurant reservations, to making sure every request was handled quickly and with a smile. They truly elevated our experience and made us feel cared for! We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return!

We just returned from four nights and five days at Montage Los Cabos, and without hesitation, it is the nicest resort we’ve ever encountered—and we’ve been fortunate to stay at Four Seasons, Rosewood, Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont, and others. Montage stands in a class of its own. The location on Santa Maria Bay is simply spectacular. A pristine, truly swimmable beach with crystal-clear water and soft sand, framed by one of the most beautiful and peaceful coves we’ve ever seen. Add in perfect November weather (85 degrees and dry), and the setting couldn’t have been more ideal. The rooms and amenities were flawless—spacious, serene, and luxurious in every detail. From the private plunge pool to the outdoor shower and spa-like bathroom, everything was thoughtfully designed for relaxation. And throughout our stay, the dining was exceptional. Marea by day was perfect—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Marea by Night was unforgettable; I had one of the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever had anywhere. Mezcal delivered outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm, elegant ambiance. Talay had an incredibly cool vibe under the lantern-lit trees and served fantastic Thai dishes. We truly enjoyed everything we ate across the entire resort. But as extraordinary as the setting and food are, what sets Montage apart is the people. Every interaction felt authentic, gracious, and elevated. “Super Mario” Arriaga, Director of Room Operations, ensured our stay felt personal and seamless. The world-class concierge team, many with Les Clefs d’Or certification—including the wonderful Flor Morales—handled every request with expertise and warmth. Our butlers, Indy and Carlos, were always available via text and made each day effortless. The golf cart drivers, especially Alberto and Demis, were incredibly kind and helpful—especially meaningful given my wife Jackie’s mobility limitations. At the Spa, Nemecio offered warm hospitality and excellent care. And by the pool, Ivan provided exceptional service and even took the time to teach me a little Spanish—patiently! Montage Los Cabos is undeniably expensive, but if you value creating lasting memories, this is an outstanding place to do it. Every moment of our stay felt intentional, elevated, and unforgettable. We cannot wait to return.

Wow—Montage Los Cabos might just be the crown jewel of all Montage properties. This resort truly sets the standard for excellence. From its breathtaking location and impeccably maintained grounds to the flawless service at every level, everything about this property exceeds expectations. If there were a word beyond “perfect,” I’d use it. The attention to detail displayed by the staff is nothing short of remarkable. Every interaction—from our butler to the front desk team, servers, and even management—was thoughtful, seamless, and genuinely welcoming. It’s no surprise this is a Forbes Five-Star resort. Without a doubt, Montage Los Cabos ranks among the very best resorts in Cabo—if not the best.

Amazing experience , great amenities , vibe and with a wonderful staff. Enjoyed playing tennis and Pickle ball on their premises . Wonderful pool vibe and music as well great activities for snorkling ,surfing and more
