The view is incredible! You may see sunrise and sunset at the property. Everything here is great! However, the airport shuttle service is provided for weekends and Monday only. Uber is not allowed to come for the pick up service. The only option to go to the airport is taxi which is $85.

We love this resort! We have been going here for about 10 years. Some of the staff that stood out with their super-friendly attitudes & fast, attentative service are: Ingrid - El Patio Omar - El Patio Juan - El Patio Juan Ramone - Il Forno Antonio - Bell boy/ driver These staff members made our stay so special for the 6 of us.

The location can’t be beat. The staff are so friendly and sweet, they make sure we are always taken care of. Ingrid and Omar and the pool are always on top of taking care of all of our needs and just nice to talk to. The golf drivers , Trinidad , Felipe and Antonio are the best ! They treat us like top notch guest and friends. We are always welcomed with a smile ! We miss them when we leave.

Everything at the resort was excellent, the grounds, service and food was all excellent. What really stood out was the service. Everyone that I dealt with was warm, friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure being pampered at Hacienda Encantada. The grounds are very clean with amazing views of the ocean. Top notch holiday! I highly recommend and if life permits I will bring the whole family for an experience of a lifetime! Thanks Hacienda Encantada, you exceeded my expectations!!!

We were at the Il Forno pool and Juan Ramón was our server. Ramón is absolutely the best. We literally decided where we would spend the majority of our vacation based on where Ramón was working. Top quality service, so personable, and just overall made our vacation extra special. Thank you Ramón. We’ll be back to see YOU!

We have only just arrived here in the 3 bedroom Residences at Vista Encantada and it is simply FABULOUS….and that’s Day 1 !!! A huge, huge thankyou to Estefania Aviles who reached out to me a couple of days ago in an effort to make our stay as perfect as it could be ….and she really didn’t disappoint! There is currently some building work here (not that I’ve seen it yet) but we also feel like the resort isn’t busy at all given the time of year and it’s so refreshing to not have lots of people everywhere ! We’ve had a look around the resort and eaten in the sushi restaurant and we cannot find fault with any part of it at all …it’s just fantastic and I’m so excited to see what the rest of the week will bring . The Rooftop pool is the most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen (apparently no.11 best rooftop pool in the world ) and we will definitely be spending time up there ! For now, I felt I just needed to write something but I’ll definitely be back soon . Huge thanks to our incredible Butler Daniel, Estefania who arranged our fabulous Villa , Dane who works in the back offices who my initial contact and emails were with, Cristina and Luis at the front desk! You’re all stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is what dreams are made of! Jaun De Dios greeted us warmingly and made sure my Wife was celebrated on her birthday while visiting. This has been one of the most pleasurable experiences vacationing I have ever had.
