The view is incredible! You may see sunrise and sunset at the property. Everything here is great! However, the airport shuttle service is provided for weekends and Monday only. Uber is not allowed to come for the pick up service. The only option to go to the airport is taxi which is $85.

For the price, it really was fantastic. Actually was worth double the price. Loved it, will be back! Shout out to Eder at front desk, made the whole stay awesome!

Jazziel at il forno was brilliant, he was very helpful with all our allergies and requests. He was so friendly and lovely and incredibly hard working. Food was also very good.

We have only just arrived here in the 3 bedroom Residences at Vista Encantada and it is simply FABULOUS….and that’s Day 1 !!!🤪 A huge, huge thankyou to Estefania Aviles who reached out to me a couple of days ago in an effort to make our stay as perfect as it could be ….and she really didn’t disappoint! 🩷 There is currently some building work here (not that I’ve seen it yet) but we also feel like the resort isn’t busy at all given the time of year and it’s so refreshing to not have lots of people everywhere ! We’ve had a look around the resort and eaten in the sushi restaurant and we cannot find fault with any part of it at all …it’s just fantastic and I’m so excited to see what the rest of the week will bring . The Rooftop pool is the most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen (apparently no.11 best rooftop pool in the world ) and we will definitely be spending time up there ! For now, I felt I just needed to write something but I’ll definitely be back soon . Huge thanks to our incredible Butler Daniel, Estefania who arranged our fabulous Villa , Dane who works in the back offices who my initial contact and emails were with, Cristina and Luis at the front desk! You’re all stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife, myself and wife’s entire family stayed here the first week in August. Hands down a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. The drinks were amazing and staff were very friendly/helpful. The food was PHENOMENAL! Especially the steakhouse. The poolside restaurants offered delicious snacking foods like nachos, wings, burgers etc.. that were all amazing quality. They even have restaurants out in the Marina that are included in your All-Inclusive! This place is worth it for the food and drinks alone! Now for the few downsides: - Due to its location, there is no swimmable beach nearby. This isn’t really specific to the resort, as that’s the majority of resorts in Cabo. They do have free daily shuttle to their sister property in the Marina that IS within walking distance to Medano Beach. You also have all-inclusive privileges there. - Not easily walk-able. Again, not an issue with the resort itself but more so its location. It’s literally placed on the side a cliff (which gives you breathtaking views!). But because of that, you essentially need to have Golf-Carts take you everywhere. Not that big of a deal, as the staff are extremely friendly and pretty fast. You can call from your room and generally have transport within 10 mins. All in all, we had an amazing time and I will definitely stay here again (unlike Pueblo-Bonito which we also stayed at…. Have a review there too. The worst resort in Cabo). I can’t recommend this place enough!

5 out 5 again. This place is consistent at being excellent! We checked in a few days ago and they upgraded us to a better room and worked out well for my family. The atmosphere of being in a relaxed place has not changed. The cleanliness, the quality of food, and the service to us has been nothing but exceptional. I’m glad I returned. And it was great to see familiar faces from the staff. That tells you a lot when the employees are still here. Again this place is a gem and has been added to our itinerary when ever we come to Los Cabos. Thank you to all the staff for being excellent!!

Service by Juan Ramon, Jaime and captain Kory is great! Very friendly, and makes you feel so welcomed. The moment we walking in Jaime came to introduce himself and asked us if we would like any drink.
