Phenomenal resort! Each staff member called me and the family by name! Accommodations were outstanding! Beds comfortable, outdoor personal showers were my favorite! Each staff member was service oriented! Everyone had a smile on their face!! You want a relaxing vacation, THIS IS THE SPOT!!

We had a fabulous time at this property over the weekend. They truly made it such a special birthday weekend for my partner. The service was phenomenal, shout out to Pablo and Comal, Tathiana and her team at the pool, Maria at YAYA and special thanks to our amazing concierge Mau. We are vegan and they were able to modify many options for us at every restaurant. Through the weekend, they sent little birthday treats for my partner to keep the celebration going through the visit. The room was lovely and spacious. The outdoor shower attached to the room was truly lovely to use. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was amazing and then some. Customer service, satisfaction, and hospitality—all rolled into one unforgettable experience. If heaven were like this, I’d never want to leave. From the moment we arrived, every team member not only spoke to us but greeted us personally by name—Señor Williams. That level of attention made us feel truly valued. The dining experiences at TNT, COMAL, and YAYA were exceptional—every bite was memorable, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking, no matter where you looked. The price doesn’t just match the level of service and hospitality; it feels like a bargain for the experience you receive. If 10 is the highest rating, it’s still not enough. A huge shoutout to Jesús, German, and Pilar for going above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. You all provided an amazing experience we’ll never forget. Thank you so much!

A great honeymoon destination. Everything about the resort is a 10/10. The service is incredible and they really make you feel so special. We have stayed in Auberge resorts in the past, but this one has been our favorite. If you are stuck deciding where to stay in Cabo, let this be your sign to book Chileno Bay.

Amazing resort. The food, the service, the staff, the rooms, all were top notch. Would absolutely recommend to couples, groups or families. First time in Cabo and we will likely not go to another resort when we come back. There is no reason to!

This was by far one of the best resorts I have stayed at in North America. The rooms, dining facilities, spa, pools and other amenities, everything was beyond expectations. It is a bit on the pricy side, but was well worth the $$s.

Chileno Bay was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The room was so beautiful and I loved the outdoor shower and soaking bathtub. I ate at the restaurant Yaya twice the food was so delicious! Pilar, who worked at the host stand was so kind. She knew I was traveling by myself and she stopped by my table to chat a little bit. I so appreciated that personal touch. The beach was lovely and the pool area was so relaxing to sit and soak up the sun. I had two spa treatments and the whole spa experience was perfect from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back!
