Convenient location, nice staff, good price even with the big brand name

Pretty good location, downtown. However, a lot of homless around during day and night, a bit sketchy but overall, the service of the hotel is great.

Friendly staff and great service. Happy that we were able to check in early!

No amenities and no water refill were given during our stay

5 star hotel with a 5 star price tag. Not worth it in my opinion. Picked it for the location and proximity to the metro. but could have gone with other cheaper options.

I was waiting for the room service to unlock refrigerator for 3 hrs. And waiting for luggage for a hour because of uncommunicative between front desk and concierge

Overall it was ok. The daily venue cost is ridiculous and useless.

Everything else was good, except that I didn't go to the breakfast, he charged me $44.9for the breakfast, I didn't even know where the breakfast was, why did he charge me, and I reminded him that I didn't go to the breakfast, and then he didn't give me a bad review.

Not bad. Lobby is beautiful. However rooms are only alright. The sky lobby can be a little annoying and the lighting system at the hotel is not operating as designed there are many issues with the system.

Everything is fine but only valet parking available which cost near USD$70 is extremely expensive, recommend park car to another $10/night parking available 10 minutes walking distance

Location is ok, but the parking take another $68 / night seems expensive. Nice view

Not really like  how I expected very dirty areas around the hotel   Staff are very rude and no good service  Breakfast was very poor

Very good location, opposite to the train station. Very good view.
